If this section is free from all the vices or bad posting it would become beneficial to everyone. We have so many investors some who are not yet even registered but Check up on the forum for information or something they can lay there hands on to direct them so it becomes bad when the get to read so much post which are not useful to anyone.
This is a new year and there might just be a good chance for altcoin to raise. And a good conduct here on this section would go a Long way to increasing the Chance for that

This happen because theres a lot of investor lose on some scam project during the popularity on ICO, but still theres some strong fundamental altcoin that survive during that time. We can't force everyone to believe on our ideas here, positive or negative thoughts will be heard at given frequency. There's no way to determine those good or bad project, because it was non profitable for such long a time. That's why more people is now eager to discuss about money, even though altcoins hasn't recovered yet.

yes that's right ,, early 2018 is one of the initial losses I keep altcoin for too long. I just thought that everything would return to normal and even get more profit. but until now, many of my altcoins are almost dead and there will probably not be another price increase. learning from experience, it turns out wiser if I take a small profit rather than a big loss.

Well in order for people to have positive outlook for this year is when BTC goes up to ATH again. And only then altcoins can rise up too. Our hope is the BTC halving to make the investors feel like they'd be left with less profit if they invest late in BTC or after halving.

Major coins are down so they lose their hope, no one would be happy to see the coins they invested lose 90% of its value so we can't expect they will change, unless the market will turn bullish this year as that would give hope for altcoins holders.

When bitcoin increase, alt will follow that's the trend they follow. Hopefully alt will move forward as they need to regain the trust of their investors as many already loses their hope in altcoins. There were times I just want to sell them all and just have bitcoin, but I can't as I'm already in loss so why not just wait.

A drop in the price of altcoins even by 95 percent does not mean that they have died or are on the verge of survival. We already started with pumps this year and simply means that we still have a way to go farther as it takes. We live in this kind of market and not been thinking that it will collapse that makes us mentality think that this bearish will soon to resolve as we enter this 2020.

The users are getting much more mature and the altcoin market is moving towards some sort of consolidation, after more than two years of extreme fragmentation. Shitcoins are slowly dying out (not before making the promoters of such coins filthy rich) and the best alts have started giving good returns to all those invested in them and stayed put.

Some altcoins are just a waste of time but I still believe that there are still altcoin projects out there that worth the time and effort. Our hope this year is cryptocurrency or bitcoin is much better than before and hopefully there is a very significant increase, so that all crypto investors and users return to believe and adopt it or whatever it is that can improve bitcoin and altcoin.

Now the green market is not due to halving BTC. the price increase that we see today, I think, is not natural, it is made for people to begin to believe that the market has become different and now you can start buying bitcoin and other altcoins. I think that very soon everything will change and we will again lose the price of bitcoin and altcoins will fall in price just as quickly as they rose

In 2017 the market was pulled up by BTC as speaking of the price of alts.

But now in 2020, it might be wiser that many coins, even if are relatively bad still as speaking of ROI, yet finally become dedicated tools for specific solutions.

What do you mean by bitcoin halving? Are this even that did happened back last 2016? Well if that is the case then I agree. However if it was something else then which is the upcoming event in the mid year then I do think you are getting the wrong part. Halving is yet to happen price spike must be cause by something else. So if alts did go high as well then may be it was triggered by certain circumstances.

It's not even close to being the year of the altcoin or anything even close to it IMO.

Altcoins have gotten absolutely demolished over the last year, particularly when you look at the lower cap ones... most of these are down by more than 95%.

Comparatively, Bitcoin is now down only around 60% from ATH, whereas the other Bitcoin-offshoots like Bitcoin SV (BSV) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) are not doing too bad either.

Well, BSV has only recently had a good run, but before that both were down around 90%.

Prepare for the big dump also because what comes up must go down.
Despite of the criticism on craig wright, still BSV are still pumping but I believe this is just an artificial pump that would not last for long.
