If you think that your input is correct then the first thing you need to do is to contact Coinsflow support.

But taking a quick look at the site and saw that "OUR PLANS" - Starter, Premium, Delux, Exclusive, looks like an untrustworthy site to me. Fewer reviews around and don't know how you end up depositing on that site easily without doing research unless you were able to check and verified personally the existence of their office. :)

I hope this post is not a form of shilling the site (brand new account, 1st post). Anyhow, good luck with contacting their support.

P.S Coinsflow is not a wallet

I have never heard of this website, but searching Google doesn't seem very reliable[1]. Looking at the transactions made to this address that you entered, all transactions have been confirmed. Then the value should already appear as available to you on the website.

How did you find this site? This website never mentions here on the forum and look at this  below:

Quote
Registrant Contact
Name:
Anthony Andrew
Organization:

New York,Ny,USA
City:
New York
State:
Delta
Postal Code:

Country:
United States
Phone:

Email:
email@bitxforex.com

The site is connected to bitxforex which is a brandnew site created last month.
What I think is the coinsflow domain is expired domain and the owner bought it to register again since the expired domain is easy to rank in Google by spamming or using any tools to make massive backlinks that can rank this website fast in google.

The website doesn't have an old archive and after I check their terms here coinsflow.net/terms.html the result is 404  error so I think the website is not finished yet or they just created the front page because they are lazy?

So how did you find this website?

I believe that this website is 100% scam if you don't own this website and sent a bitcoin from coinbase to coinsflow well you've been scam.

I'm sorry to tell you, but probably they have scammed you. I checked Coinsflow website and it's the most obvious ponzi scheme. They just didn't credited money to your account, despite that they got it. Anyway, even if they will credit iy to your account, it's most likely that you will lose it later, because website like this one is made to scam investors. So, this is expensive lesson for you - avoid investment websites which are offering big returns

Without even further looking at reviews, I visit the site and clearly it's not a place to just easily trust your money. OP how come you makes a decision easily to invest money on that site. Maybe someone dragged you? But since this is your first post, I'm starting to believe that this is a form of advertising a site.

If ever your story is true, only Coinsflow can solve your problem. Contact them immediately. If that address you have posted is your Coinsflow receiving address, it should be reflected now on your account there as it was already confirmed in the blockchain.

I hope this post is not a form of shilling the site (brand new account, 1st post).
I have a feeling that's the case here and since this thread is on a board with a lot of Newbies, I would like to share a few more information [red flags] in regards to this "scam website"...

  • On their website, they "claimed to be running for 605 days (https://archive.md/gauG1#selection-891.0-895.8)" but in reality it's 465 days only.

  • It's another copy or rip-off of another scam website, "BitElitum (http://web.archive.org/web/20180816031036/https://bitelitum.com/)".
    - Read this review + its comment section: BitElitum Review (https://www.scambitcoin.com/bitelitum-review/)
  • A "snapshot from January 3 (https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:CXyVwEKmpnEJ:https://www.coinsflow.net/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=ca)" shows "Latest Deposit & Withdrawals (https://archive.md/gauG1#selection-3145.0-3477.5)" are still exactly the same [fake].
  • The following paragraph points to an obvious fake promise:

coinsflow using advanced investment techniques, such as financial leverage, guarantees huge profits even at the currently fluctuating rate of cryptocurrencies. When starting cooperation with us you have a 100% guarantee that you will not lose your funds, but you can only gain. .

No clue what shilling is. I got scammed. contacted support and they directed me to another site profitbitmart.com and had to create a different user and "saw" my deposit there, and immediately tried to withdraw to wallet in coinbase. the support person was SHADY. i got screwed.

Again, I dont even know what what shilling is. I 100% got scammed. I noted above that I contacted coinsflow support and they directed me to another site profitbitmart.com and had to create a different user and "saw" my deposit there, and immediately tried to withdraw to wallet in coinbase. the support person was SHADY. i got screwed. bottom line.
I feel sorry for you and hope you learned your lesson in regards to such websites [they're designed to scam people]...
- Thank you for listing the other fake/scam website.

However, I take offense with all these people here making assumptions that because i asked a damn question that I am somehow complicit.
I do understand you but we have a valid point [to doubt Newbies with similar signs] as well and you need to have a thicker skin ["especially" in forums]...
- Having said that, not every Newbie is a shill of some sort.

Where else do I go to get help? Or learn?
If you ever need to know more about a certain service/website, you can refer to the following boards [search for their respective names] and website:
- Take note: Not everything is listed in the following places (you still have to do your own research).

  • Scam Accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0)
  • Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0)
  • BadBitcoin.org (https://badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/index.php) [in order to search for websites with letters in the beginning, you need to click the "Badlist A-Z" button from the top and choose a certain letter]

Thank you for researching and confirming.
You're very welcome but unfortunately, it won't help you in terms of retrieving your coins.

Side note- what am I supposed to do next time if I have a question about all of this, and dont want to draw the ire and speculation of all the users on here? I have legit questions but wont get far seemingly because I am new? Kind of a rude awakening I got, you know?
I believe "Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0)" board is a much better place but when it comes to such services [ponzi schemes], most of the community members will surely give you similar responses [just stay away from such websites]...

Service Discussion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=85.0)
Comments and questions about specific Bitcoin services or about all Bitcoin services.

When it comes to cryptocurrency, shilling means that a person is using propaganda to promote or advertise for example a website. It is an act to promote something so that the person who is shilling could earn money. Mostly, the person who would do it are more likely associated with the site owner. If it's true that you are really scammed by that site then there's nothing you can do to get your btc back as btc transactions are not reversible like paypal.
