Title: Re: . Post by: teeGUMES on January 09, 2020, 09:46:13 PM Nice rare piece. Is the black spot beside 100 BTC on top of the plastic or underneath?
Title: Re: . Post by: neuromancer4867 on January 09, 2020, 10:26:23 PM Nice rare piece. Is the black spot beside 100 BTC on top of the plastic or underneath? It has never been out of the plastic, and I think it's a soft tip black ink mark so my assumption is that it's only on the plastic. Title: Re: . Post by: iBitcoinHongKong8 on January 09, 2020, 11:09:16 PM Sweet looking bar! Just curious here as I've never seen or held a Cas bar and for whatever reason have always just assumed these Cas bars were all kilogram sized gold bars. Do I have this wrong and this bar is more like the size of a 10oz gold bar(hence you placing it in a 10oz case)? Would appreciate if anyone could chime in and lmk what the size of this bar actually is for scale etc....Thanks!

Here are a few pics for scale... You have met me.. here it is in hand, with a standard 1oz, 39mm coin, and a 1.5oz bar. The Cas bar weighs 4.1oz (116g) https://i.imgur.com/PSRFG5a.jpg https://i.imgur.com/tOCrEQF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/RjCGvfb.jpg Yes sir have definitely met you and it was a great time indeed. Wow this is very cool. It's way smaller than I was thinking but I like it. I love this size. Maybe it's just a personal preference since I'm a minimalist ;D. I find this to be far more attractive than some large bar. Thanks for posting the extra pics with scale. I'm certainly interested in seeing what this auction brings. I may step in. We'll see how it goes. Either way GLWS. PS: Side shout out to my man LC for the other exact measurements! Title: Re: . Post by: gentlemand on January 09, 2020, 11:45:44 PM I had absolutely no idea these were this small.

Title: Re: . Post by: Mitchell on January 16, 2020, 06:49:52 PM -snip- Those holograms look terrible compared with the original. Hope they don't fool a newbie at some point... The holograms "could" technically be faked... and this has already been attempted with nothing coming of it. [IMAGE] Title: Re: . Post by: neuromancer4867 on January 16, 2020, 08:02:20 PM I have had the item in my possession for several years, and it shows zero signs of tampering etc. It also wears the adhesive plastic wrapping that it was sold in, and the hologram shows zero signs of anyone meddling with it.
