There are bunch of ways to verify paypal accounts.
just youtube it.
you don't need to buy v.card/master card/vcc/ssn/passport even if you do not need any phone number.
It is possible to auto generate all kindof things from online, Just Youtube it.

and one more thing to verify paypal account you don't need to use original photo you can use any avatar from online what you want..

1. It has been proven that S A KHAIR cheated before with multiple accounts.
2. You just appeared from nowhere as magical Paypal expert
3. You did not ask for merit in public, BUT you do need it don't you
