Title: Liqui ???
Post by: mr001 on January 10, 2020, 07:44:36 PM
I was a trader on Liqui and I haven't logged in over a year. I had sone coins on it. Is there still hope that I can get them back?
Does anyone have the same problems?

This was published last January:

Their support desk is still open, and supposedly they are still processing withdrawals through it. It sounds like they are slowly draining your account value with administrative fees though.

Try opening a ticket here: https://liqui.freshdesk.com/support/home

Did you get any luck getting your coins, I HODLED over altcoin winter so left my account alone, and I had alot of life troubles to deal with in 2019.  I only just found out that I can't get access.  Now the freshdesk link has gone too.  I wonder if there will be anyone else.  Please do let me know if you have any ideas.

Sadly, they were long gone. If there's no link provided by them through your emails before or on the time they have shutdown, there's no way to retrieve those funds or if the provided link is gone.

I guess that they've been completely off and those funds that were inside their exchange during their notice of shutdown can't be retrieve.

Appreciate the reply.  I might have a way to get them back, will check it out.  If I can, did you have enough coins there to make it worth your time pursuing this too.  It is worthwhile for me to do so, so going to pursue it.

why don't you log in for more than a year if you are a trader there? Is the exchange dead? or did you lose your password when logging in? I don't really know about sone coins and it doesn't seem like that's coins are not very popular in the market.

You are asking this about something written in January by someone who stopped loging in in February. So it's not relevant.

You are also wrong, since OP has stated he was trading, meaning that for whatever reasons he stopped at some point. A good guess would be that the funds lost were not too big and he was lazy enough to not withdraw.

However, as already stated, liqui is gone, the site is gone and since OP failed to comply and withdraw within the time frame of the warning mail, his funds are lost (liqui probably made use of them).

I have an avenue for recovery of my coins that I am now pursuing.  It will take a while.  So if the OP has not recovered his coins and is still active, feel free to reach out.  I will start a separate post about this once I have made some progress.

How actually you plan to do this?

Are you planning to have a group of claimers that want to have thier coins back  so your can be prioritized if many have you have the same problem ?

Did you have a way now to contact them ?

Hi, Are you guys able to get back your coins?

I'm afraid there is no way to communicate with the team anymore. The Freshdesk page would've been your last resort to claim your funds, but at this point, it's just too late.
