I'm not sure if it supports the "spinning twice every bet" you're referring to, but it has the Multiply game mode. If that doesn't work for you and you're willing to pay someone to create the bot for you, head to to the services (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0)section.
Also, stay away from bots found in online forums (MPGH, LF, HF, etc.), these are most of the time infected and meant to steal your funds.
