never hear about HotBTC exchange, when i trying to googling, i just found HitBtc not HotBTC, is this official account? or maybe just spaming promotion of new exchange?

The comment above is exactly why it is important to have a proper announcement thread here. At least show us some basic information and features of the exchange.

hmm no trading volume, its tipycal new exchange, @hotbt if you want to get new member faster , you can use strategy of yobit, running signature campaign is very usefull for getting new member and new coin listing.

Not if you don't have a functional exchange first. Marketing should come after they have a good product.

Anyway, when your exchange doesn't even have a decent volume and you said "one of the leading exchange", that's the first sign for users to leave you alone.

You probably want to change your name before you become more popular with your service since you will most likely have a trademark issue because of it. You literally change only one letter to HitBTC and I don't think they will like the idea that they are sharing someone else in the market with a very similar name. Before your crypto exchange hit the stride I would strongly recommend you on changing it before lawsuits are even filed against you, since this might be your early downfall if you continue to do so. Besides "HotBTC" if you are seeing the comments now is their first impression is that your exchange is a rip off to HitBTC so do you see the general feedback of the people?

This early, I would recommend that you have a high limit for deposit and withdrawal for unverified users. Everybody is hating this KYC implementation but since we have nothing to do about that because that is required by the law from legal and registered platforms, at least give the users who hate to undergo such intrusive processes enough breathing space. At least 5 BTC per month is good enough.
