I would field a few offers before accepting anything. Casascius made quite a few types of coins. The least expensive and most produced coins were his DIY aluminum coins. These are worth around $10-15 tops. Then he made brass cons which should range from around $75-150 bucks, just depending on rarity and whether a hologram is still present with the coin (if hologram is present maybe 200-400 range, hwvr these rarely sell as well). He also made silver coins which will fetch more money and are rarely sold. His 25BTC coin is sold every once in a while and it’s value (like many of these) often varies. Normally around $1-2k range. Happy to help however I can.

I'll take whatever ones you have at the 75-150 range!!

thanks :D

Well as I already specified to you, which you didn’t point out , I meant for brass coins with no hologram. Which sell in that price range often. The brass coins with a hologram,  which rarely sells, often range quite a bit. I updated my reply to reflect this. I think saying they sell for any more than that is hopeful and kind of unfounded being there’s next to no proof of that.

With .075 in btc available it will be hard to get a decent coin with hologram at that price. From my experience here a good quality with hologran  casascius coin will cost you easily over 1 btc. It is my opinion.

I've also seen the 5 btc silver sell in the 500-700 range in last month.  If the coin is right I have more btc at disposal.

Just a heads up the 5 btc is not real silver but a metal alloy just wanted to make sure you knew.  You have found the right place here though.

Have you found one yet? I have a "VOID" coin — It was never loaded, just printed as a blank — That still has the hologram on it. What is this worth?

I have a blank 5BTC Casascius ("Bitnickel") graded by ANACS.

Not sure exactly what it's worth... Maybe someone can help?

Send me a PM if interested. We can use minerjones as escrow.

Just go to bitrefill.com  buy an ebay gift card.....

Those are bonkers sums to me. Ebay seems to live in a world of its own for these, but maybe that is the world and here is the niche.

I have an empty 5 BTC coin. I think it was funded at one time as the back is marked. If I could get anywhere near that for it I'd be amazed.

Unfortunately Ebay UK will not let me list it for auction or buy it now. I think it lets me do classified ads but I can't be bothered with that.
