A newbie/(old full member) account, without transaction history, has not earned any Merit, there are no unique posts, I don't think anyone will trust him.

It seems that the email address/password have been changed, which are indicators that account hacked, but how did you know that the account was hacked?
It is possible that the account was sold and there was a problem during the sale, so you are reporting ?! ::) ::) ::)

*** I do not recommend doing any transactions with him without escrow "even if he signs a message."

It would be better if he could sign a message from one of the old address posted stating the date and the issue in short.
