It seems that the email address/password have been changed, which are indicators that account hacked, but how did you know that the account was hacked? It is possible that the account was sold and there was a problem during the sale, so you are reporting ?! ::) ::) ::) *** I do not recommend doing any transactions with him without escrow "even if he signs a message."
