Poor first experience creating a Twetch account

Twetch is a blockchain-based social media application, which I thought would provide many benefits when using it but the opposite happened. The process of registering was somewhat confusing where we had to sign a Twitter account @twetchapp with a moneybutton address that we had previously made. And I did it, but until two hours there was no response from the admin, until I fell asleep and when I woke up my DM was replied. but he told me to follow and tweet that he ordered even though before he told me to do it until I posted a screenshot that I had done the task he ordered. and as you know I did not get a response again ..https://i.imgur.com/gallery/ksVaAYN.jpeg

When I commented on the status to check my Dm He actually blocked me, this is a very unprofessional thing in my opinion. if he wants to improve the user ecosystem why a bad experience like this is given. I can't display additional screenshots because I wrote this in a blocked state. Thank you for your attention
