Notice the instructions on the first page instruct you to press the "Next" button to create a new wallet, or choose another file.  Since you've never used Electrum before you'll have to create your first wallet.  Once you start Electrum click the "Next" button on the lower left.  Do not click the "choose" button.  It will walk you through creating a new wallet.

Is it asking for a password in install wizard?

Where did you download the Electrum installer?

Be careful on fake Electrum wallets they are mostly asking for a password on the first open.

Make sure that you download it directly from electrum.org if it's not from that URL that's fake electrum wallet.
To make sure it is the original electrum you should verify the electrum first by following the guide from here below

Just in case that you downloaded and installed the fake electrum your PC is infected you will need to uninstall fake electrum and fully scan your PC with malwarebytes and AV to clean your PC or much better for the safety of your wallet format your PC and install a fresh OS and then before you install the Electrum wallet verify the signature first as I suggested above.

Are you migrating from another wallet to Electrum? In that case you would need to remember the seed of the previous wallet and use that.

Could you provide some more info on why you installed Electrum or if you have used any other wallet in the past?

What actually is your issue here?

If you just downloaded electrum and trying to make a new wallet then it's not required to have put a password. Please double check if where you downloaded the software. Make sure you get it from the official source. Site mentioned above - https://electrum.org/#download

So you are you seeing a screen like this?

Are you not able to click the "Choose..." button and/or edit the "default_wallet" text? ??? If you can't, it sounds like a fake wallet. Do as the others suggested and check where you downloaded from.

If you can click "Choose..." and/or edit the "default_wallet" text, then you HAVE used Electrum before, and the application is simply attempting to open the old wallet (wallet files are not deleted if you delete/uninstall Electrum as it stores wallet files in your "user data" folder, not in the program directory.

From your browser check the URL address that you downloaded, if the link you downloaded from is https://electrum.org/#download. Check the signature.
Generally, try to remember if you have used that wallet before.
If you don't remember this, it's best to delete the wallet, and download the correct wallet.

If the language is your problem, you can ask the question in the local boards.
I think your language is Arabic (based on your name) ---> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=241.0.

you, or someone you share your PC with, used electrum in the past which is why it's detecting an old wallet file on your PC. anyway just enter a different name for the wallet file instead of default_wallet and it'll let you create a new wallet from scratch.
