Is he a famous person or unknown? Do you mean (Cheetah Mobile) this company? I noticed that the two (Cheetah Mobile & PiHodl) are in Singapore. You can try to google "Chen Yong cheetah mobile" and there might be some info on the internet. This service is from a company called BitUinverse, doesn't have any relationship with Cheetah Mobile. Next to that a 3rd party that handles your funds is always a concern. API access should be enough for a bot to do its job.
