Title: Gonna sell my stock assets and invest in these top currencies. Suggestions?
Post by: Marketleaders777 on January 23, 2020, 05:19:48 AM
Hello all,

I am new to crypto currency market as I was before in shares and stock market. I have basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies like how supply, demand and history of famous coins. I am looking to invest in 2-3 cryptocurrencies. My investment: $200-$500. I would like to invest little amount in starting, afterwards I will increase my investments.

Well, I select the following coins:

Bitcoin : because it is no.1
Ethereum: this crypto is down these days, but I have got a news that ethereum 2.0 will roll out this year. So, I hope that this crypto currency price will go up.
Binance: because of stability

And eos if possible

I would like to know your suggestions before taking the steps.

PS:

Thanks all for your meaningful, personally experienced replies with these coins. I am glad to posted my query on bitcointalk, this community is super active. Cheesy

Well, I read all the replies and what I got to understand is that I should decide the % of amount to invest in these coins. Even I am increasing my investment amount to $1000. I did calculation and here are the results:

Bitcoin: 25%
Ethereum: 40%

Many users said that I shouldn't go for BNB and EOS upon the basis of many factors like centralized, eos performance not good etc. Most of the experts said that I should look & analyse on these coins:

Ripple: It is popular and promising altcoin.
LTC: Confused in this altcoin. Need to do research on this one.
Doge: Not sure
LINK: Maybe Risky. Never heard about this coin before.

Well, My investments are upon the basis of long term, I will invest for 1-2 years. But, I would like to know your opinions about long term and short term, What should I choose between long term and short term?

Last question, Which exchange should I go for? I am confused in choosing a good exchange? What's your experience  on top exchanges for trading cryptos?

Thanks Again!

Those coins are good choice but I just try to tell you if currently EOS has a problem with its internal party (block.one) about the launch of the voice that can be launched to the EOS blockchain. It's better if you can try to shift to the another promising coin. This just to make sure if you can avoid the possibility to get a loss.
Litecoin, DAI, ADA, Tezos are also look good choices too.

Maybe Telegram TON and Filecoin but not sure. You have to decide.

You've already make the right decision and limit your risk by going for Bitcoin, Ethereum and bnb token, they can't disappoint you particularly ETH and Bitcoin, bnb token is only useful on the binance exchange and outside the exchange its worthless but still a good choice.

Bitcoin as number 1 is the best choice you can make,,, period. I think if you have to go into crypto, then Bitcoin should be the majority of it. You will learn later that alts no matter what follow Bitcoin's fate.

Also,,, Ethereum makes sense as a safe bet too,,, in worst case scenario if it does not boom it will at least still be around.

BNB a big no. Centralized. Only 1 use case.

Bitcoin and Ethereum have always been in my bag for a long time and are well stored, because I believe they (BTC, ETH) will have a bright future. For EOS and BNB, these two altcoins / tokens are in my research, and are already included in my portfolio, but have not dared to put money there (BNB, EOS). the decision remains in your hands.

it's good enough that you choose 3 top to invest in these coin ,it would be better if you put more altcoin on portfolio that according to your analysis is correct ,eos also actually has potential like ethereum right ,advice don't try to take more risks below 200 in market capitalization except already have a lot of experience because this market is difficult

As starter investor in crypto currencies, your choices are pretty good and you almost in good timing as there is a big chance that the market will shift this year from bear to bull. In which your investment will surely multiply once the bull run will start to happen.

It will be best also if you will start buying your investment this coming January 25 as there is a big chance that those coins that you have mentioned will goes down a little bit.

I think your crypto investment strategy is pretty good. and the coins that you choose in my opinion are also good because I think ethereum, EOS, and Binance are potential coins and will likely pump when bitcoin is bullish. I suggest using 50% of your money to buy bitcoin and 20% ethereum, 20% eos and 10% binance. but all decisions come back to you that is important you have already done your research.

To start a start is better with a small amount first and for me now I will choose to buy and hold ETH because we know ethereum 2.0 will roll out this year and for me ETH is the right coin to invest now and maybe I will invest also in BTC and several other coins that I am currently still observing to look for opportunities to make a profit.

That is a wise idea. because I am afraid that this year, there will be changes in the economic recession. This will cause a lot of negative effects on the prices of stocks, especially stocks of the US, Japan and China. Their public debt is huge and we should use fiat money to buy bitcoin. Don't try to buy alts because this bitcoin halving will make the value of Bitcoin grow stronger in the future. alts are just bitcoin's followers and it's quite risky to speculate now. So please consider it and good luck.

You don't have to invest bitcoin, at least you buy some altcoin that follows every bitcoin price movement, as you wrote in the list BNB, EOS and ETH are also good enough, because your capital is not too much so you can buy this Altcoin unit rather than bitcoin, at least you can benefit every increase in each dollar, if your capital is more than $ 10k I think you need to invest in bitcoin, if only $ 500 is better for those three altcoins

Good choice, you can't make any mistakes about BTC.

Ethereum: this crypto is down these days, but I have got a news that ethereum 2.0 will roll out this year. So, I hope that this crypto currency price will go up.

Another good one, it is still way down from its ath, but I have no doubt that it can still reach 4 digits.

Binance: because of stability

Specially on how they burn tokens, it will definitely push the price even further because of this strategy. Plus, with CZ's brain, it's possible that it can regain as much or even more in the next coming months.

And eos if possible

I would like to know your suggestions before taking the steps.

Thanks

This is the only coin that I have doubts, I don't know but it seems the hype has died down with eos.

It's not a bad move if you do that, many new projects are not doing so well and if you can't handle the pressure you can go with top projects that will give you rest of mind like Ethereum and Bitcoin among other few best like LTC, XRP, BNB, BCH etc

the risk you have to face if you invest in cryptocurrency is very large, you better not sell all your stock assets just to buy the top cryptocurrency !, you may regret it

Bitcoin is kinda eh right now. If you're planning to invest on the long term though, it'd be a better decision instead of day to day trading. As for alts, you got ETH down already. Some other good coins would be doge, lite, and xrp. Xrp though is kind of half and half with me. There's also BSV that recently went up quite a bit, but a lot seem to think that bulls aren't back yet, so make a decision for yourself

Not bad choice how ever you dont need to sell all your stocks asset just to invest in crypto.
If you can invest without using any other investment you have that was the best way you can do . Also learn the risk so if ever you expereince lost you will not so worried.

I would probably go to bitcoin and invest all of the extra money there. We all know that halving is about to happen. If you are going to invest in the bitcoin, there is a higher chance that your investment will be doubled or tripled because there is some prediction that the next value of bitcoin will be 100,000 USD. Imagine if you invest now. For sure you are going to gain income into it.

It is true that bitcoin is a good and right coin to invest in the long term and also some people make predictions about the price of bitcoin which sometimes makes us believe in disbelief but maybe it can happen and investing in bitcoin is the right decision to done or maybe the OP can divide investments into bitcoin and some altcoins that he thinks are good or have a great opportunity to provide benefits.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are the right choice for your investment, but if I may suggest you also have to buy XRP or TRX because the prices of both coins are still very cheap.

You have a good list of investing. However, maybe you should only invest in bitcoin than to use the altcoin for the investment because your initial money is not too big. If you use $500, I wonder how you will split the money to be used as the investment. Or you can use $300 for bitcoin, $100 for ethereum, $50 binance, and $50 for buying eos. But if you can use all of $500 to invest in bitcoin, and hold it for the next bull run, you don't have to do anything and only wait for the next bull run for bitcoin price.

I doubt that you'll be able to gain significant profit if you were diversifying over 4 coins.

This may seem a bit self contradictory given the fact that usually we're told to diversify as much as possible, but with such a small initial investment of $250-500, if you diversify too much, transaction fees each time you trade with an alt will quickly dig into your profits.

The picks are good though. I'd just focus on ETH and BNB/EOS if you're into short term profits.

I haven't seen the growth of EOS properly. if you have to consider, I might be able to suggest Binance is better than Eos ... BNB growth and support is greater than EOS. as a coin with the support of the No. 1 exchange in crypto, BNB has a fast and significant growth. BNB prices today are still cheap. my belief is that when BTC pumps, BNB will get 2-3x the increase.

It seems like you have learned a lot before investing and just asking for a few suggestions, unlike most people who don't even know anything about the coins they are going to invest, I think the coins you mentioned are all good for the long term except eos maybe you can replace them with LTC or XLM .

A good portfolio that can be divided in such a percentage is Bitcoin 50% and the remaining 50% divided into other coins. At least bitcoin takes up more space than other coins.

your choices are good, bitcoin is the coin with the biggest market cap and the potential for the highest price increases is also the biggest among others. etherum, with the development and also the smart contract, etherum also always has a strong value and shows the potential that is not less than bitcoin. binance, recently binance is also growing stronger, as evidenced by the liquidity of the binance. but if you want to choose only "one", I would recommend you for bitcoin.

I will just share my opinion with this.

Bitcoin - Since it is the top cryptocurrency right now and it is where most newbie investors put their money on, I suggest too that you should put most of your funds here at around 50-70% maybe. The most trusted currency and many believe that it will rise slowly in the future.

Ethereum - This is the top 2 cryptocurrency right now so no doubt that you can put some of your money here.

Between Binance and EOS, I'd rather choose EOS to put my money on instead of Binance (BNB). I don't like how CZ works with other people. He is just manipulating some of the coins there especially those who launched their IEO's there.

Honorable mentions that you can pick too if you want. LTC, XRP, LINK, DASH

Planning to invest on top altcoins is one of the best options, your current plan on investing in btc, ethereum and bnb is a good choice. Adding eos is also good  but you can add other crypto such as xrp, ada or xlm. You can compare them to your choices, or even add them so you can have more choices.

In my opinion, you invest in the position of choosing the right coins and it would be far better if you invest in the long term to avoid worry and panic when among the coins you choose to experience a decline, even though you have basic knowledge about cryptocurrency but you don't or haven't experience it firsthand and it will affect your psychologist when everything is not according to your plan.
because you have sacrificed your stock assets which should be far better and profitable, and your choice is very appropriate to choose cryptocurrency to invest especially I prefer to support you investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum which always gives a very good return especially in long-term investments.

Bitcoin and ethereum I think is the right choice for you because we know that bitcoin is the number one or top coin among others and ethereum continues to develop its projects and features that make many investors interested in investing in it and it is very possible for the price to be able pump later. And maybe you can add a few other coins that you think potentially correspond to what you observe.

If I were you, I will not do that. Do not exchange your stock assets for cryptocurrencies because it is a high risk investment because of the volatility and it could give you a lot of losses if you do not know how to invest with the help of technical analysis. I would suggest for you to just get at least 10-30% of your stock portfolio and put it into cryptocurrency so you will have a good ratio of diversification.

I can tap your shoulder for choosing the right coins to invest, if you are investing a small amount a small list will do you good just be sure that you are picking the right and the best coin that will give you maximum profit, I guess 100% of investors have these three coins for obvious reasons, if you want to add more there is still Litecoin and Ripple add the later if you want more profit.

I think your choice of cryptocurrencies to invest are good choices. Three of them are in the top 10 of coinmarketcap and are stable cryptos. I would also include chainlink in your choices. Since its release, I have seen LINK always included in the top coin to invest by most enthusiasts. It has a useful platform and is supported by many influential crypto entities. I'm pretty sure it would grow more this year.

I wouldn't change a thing in your choic8, For beginners BTC,ETH is enough!! Once you learn enough then take some risks in altcoin market, For lesser risk keep your coins selection to top 30 and below.

Well, there's a lot more room for profit with cryptocurrency because of that volatility. And add that to the increasing popularity of the crypto scene over the world, Most would be tempted to actually go ahead and invest on them. Besides, even if you know how to TA, it's only one part of earning profit. The basics should be solid already since he came from the stock market, and so the only thing he pretty much needs is to understand the futures of each coin he chose.

I'd personally recommend adding Litecoin and Ripple to your choice of investment. Much more diversified portfolio imo. BTC and ETH is already a standard, so no opinion on that. s

I will stay with your choice, i think that 3 coins already good for investment. And for me, that 3 have positive reason why to hold like bitcoin with halving, ETH with 2.0, and Binance with their successful exchange. With that it is worth to try to make investment from it.

Firstly, I suggest you increase your knowledge of crypto. It is a great advantage to be related to trade in advance, but there is a huge difference between share and crypto markets. Secondly, your choices are good. The status of btc and eth is known, while bnb still seems to be able to maintain its status long time.

Thanks

I think you have a good analysis for choosing potential coins to use as investment assets. the coin you mentioned looks suitable for you to invest if you really want to start trying to invest in cryptocurrency, but in the future you should be able to add the money you have into bitcoin, because this coin is very appropriate to be used as a form of long-term investment and certainly can provide considerable benefits in the future

You're fine with those. I am gonna try to look into BSV and BCH, as people tend to like word those coins positively but hey it's up to us in the end. It's our portfolio anyway.

choosing ethereum in my opinion is pretty good, because etherum 2.0 will launch soon, just a suggestion you should also learn what features etherum 2.0 will give you, and continue to always check the ups and downs of ethereum prices.

at least you already know the basic things about cryptoqurrency that you have said above, so I think your cryptoqurrency list is a good choice if you want to invest in BTC, eth, bnb or eos. they all have great potential for investment in the future, if I personally would not hesitate to invest my money with a few coins above.

BSV did make a show recently, maybe from CSW trend but I don't think it would be good to invest with it in a long term basis. Although Bitcoin gradually decreasing as of now, I think it is better to give it a shot since bitcoin been quite stagnant and past few days in a fair price it might as well be go pump back to where it was again, in my opinion. It is up to you, either.

Those four are great and I would do the same. Stay away from centralised garbage like XRP or any coins that are outside from top 20. ETH, BTC, EOS and BNB are the best assets to invest at the moment.

What about LTC, as far as I know LTC is also the best altcoin at present with various advantages. I hope you will not make a hasty decision at the beginning of your investment or trade. Try to analyze how the pre-halving crypto market beforehand as your current guide. I think halving what will happen in the next few months will affect the price of altcoin.

So again, I hope you do the best possible analysis because it is associated with investments or cryptocurrency trading the risk will be greater if we make the wrong choice.
If I were you, I would make a choice on this potential altcoin:
1. Ethereum
2. LTC
3. BNB
4. Dash

Warning: But you dont have to be like me, its just a personal choice and the decisions you make are legitimate based on your own desires.

You came to invest in crypto currencies in a very good time because it is a shining age for the value of bitcoin which will give a highest value to bitcoin in this year. If you want to invest then do not waste your time and invest in crypto as soon as possible.
Your selection of coins is also very good but keep in mind that with these other altcoins which you mentioned, you have to wait for a little longer to get actual profit from them. These are very good altcoins but will take some longer time than bitcoin price to rise. Binance coin is also a good decision and it also increase in value, you mentioned stability with it while it is also a coin with a variable value.

Mate, you should not seek help regarding investment. Every project is unique and every investment is also unique. My way of trading may make me rich but may not work for you.
Best practice will be, split up your investment into multiple coins and start trading with small amount of money. Alt will bring bigger profit but alt may turn into trash coin too.
BTC, ETH are safe bet. You may also check tachyon

If indeed you are new regarding cryptocurrency it is better if you try with a little capital that you have because this is in guard so that you do not experience losses, maybe between the way of trading between shares and crypto is not much different but still crypto and shares have their respective factors in supporting their price movements in the market, even though you are experienced in stocks you should also still have to find out how to basically trade the Cryptocurrency.

BTC is the first one and the smartest decision is to have more BTC in any portfolio
ETH will rise up in value for sure, devs are working hard and a great future will come

Binance coin is another great coin because of the stability of Binance, the best exchange nowadays

I already sold my stocks and bought bitcoin and so far I have no regrets on doing this because cryptocurrency made a big profit for me. Stocks is not moving that fast and your profit really takes time but if you do invest on good cryptos then you will realize the big difference. As long as you have btc and eth on your wallet, i believe you can get the best profit and invest your money on other good coins.

A lot of people sell their top assets to invest in bitcoin

But the main question is that are you selling your altcoins ?

or are you dumping your altcoins ?

If you are selling your portfolio, it means you are in profit already, selling without panic and making another investment

But if you are dumping your portfolio, it could mean that you are in loss and panic over whether to continue holding at loss or not.

Don't mix up your feelings, dyor and get the basics right.

It is not a bad idea because all of us know that big economic crysis is coming, shares are at their all time high levels, while cryptocurrencies are at their lowest levels. So sell expensive and buy cheap.  ;)

Your choice I think is right if you want a more secure risker like that. Because Bitcoin for the long term any time expensive going. Ethereum because it wants to launch 2.0 the Stakingnya that much in the waiting for by many people as well. BNB from Binance because their project is good and the token is always in use in their DEX pair. If you want to risk, take the coin top rank that has a bad price usually if the hockey will have a high pump.

Good choice.

Especially when the stock market seems to be overvalued, and tech stocks seemingly unbeatable. It's a good idea to step out of the market for a second and diversify your portfolio into something that isn't dependent on the fiat economy, especially in this geopolitical climate.

BTC and alts are going to start its bullish ascension soon. Make sure that you diversify your buys enough so that you can ensure you don't enter into the market in prices that are too high.

The right choice to choose BTC and ETH, especially for the long term. Learn the right strategies for investment, and last but not least, understand the risks. BNB is also quite potent, but at certain times it can pump, so be sure to get the right timing for taking profit. For other altcoins that are quite potential are XRP, and ADA. It would be safer to choose potential and strong altcoin in the market, don't take the risk of investing in shitcoin. Joining IEO can also be an alternative, but the risk is still there despite choosing a trusted exchange like Binance.

As a beginner it is true if it's better to choose coins that are certain and clear in the market ... BTC, ETH, EOS in my opinion is good. it all depends on when & at what price you buy coins and when & at what price you sell it.

selling shares for cryptocurrency is a good choice. because cryptocurrency can provide more benefits than stock investments. and in my opinion the coins you choose are pretty good bitcoin, ethereum, eos and BNB. the four coins are the top coins that already have a large trading volume. and it is likely that the four coins will pump high when we enter the bull market.

I would agree with Bitcoin and Ethereum but not Binance and EOS. Binance is utility token of a single company and not really decentralised and EOS over complicates something that should be moving toward a more user friendly model to drive wider adoption.

investment do you want in the long or short term ??
The crypto market is very volatile if you have the skills to try to trade even though the risk is big but it has a big profit as well.
while you are investing in top altcoin I think that's a good thing to do.

Thanks all for your meaningful, personally experienced replies with these coins. I am glad to posted my query on bitcointalk, this community is super active. :D

Most of the users experts said that I should look & analyse on these coins:

Ripple: It is popular and promising altcoin.
LTC: Confused in this altcoin. Need to do research on this one.
Doge: Not sure
LINK: Maybe Risky. Never heard about this coin before.

Well, My investments are upon the basis of long term, I will invest for 1-2 years. But, I would like to know your opinions about long term and short term, What should I choose between long term and short term?

Last question, Which exchange should I go for? I am confused in choosing a good exchange? What's your experience  on top exchanges for trading cryptos?

Thanks

Yes, I am dumping my portfolio 80% because the profits in stock market is average as I am not daily trader because of heavy startup schedule, I play in long term. That is the reason I select crypto market. Let's try this market also and see how much I can make from these coins?  ;D

I understood why you chose BTC and ETH. What about BNB? I did not get your point about stability. Also, BNB is exchange based coin. Even if they add extra features to ıt, BNB will not be whit without Binance. If you consider these investments as long term investments, you can choose more reliable ones. Have you considered LTC or DASH? There was a very good increase in both in the last increase and this was an indication of mysterious potential.

I think Binance is really have a stable market. Yeah youre right, Bnb would not be worth it without Binance but they are keeping tabs with a lots of progress and I think OP recognize their dominance compared to its competitor which I believe is also a good option for long term since Binance is used by a lot of traders. Not a bad choice IMO.

Both stockmarket and cryptex provides decent profit for our investment, but it seems to be that more people here will already invite your to invest in cryptocurrency, but for me, I want you to still find the best profit you could get from stock before you completely transition your investment to crypto. In that way, you could buy more bitcoin and may have better investment return in the future. I could tell you, stock and crypto is somehow the same, your initial knowledge in trading stocks could be applied to decentralized exchanges we have in crypto space.

For long term investment, go to Bitcoin only. that's proved coin in cryptocurrency. nothing which is better than it
you can check domination and youll know that Bitcoin has big domination in cryptocurrency
make higher % amount of your capital. at least 70% to Bitcoin. just buy and hold it. make it easy

if you wanna play short term. then dont too confuse with choice, just use technical anlysis and choose which gives good signal to you
buy and set stop loss to avoid big loss. do that and then learn from your mistake
in the future Im sure you can be great trader if you have consistency and patience.

I would suggest that only a half or 3 quarter of your stock asset to be sold to buy your crypto investment.  It is always good to diversify and stock market and crypto market is one good diversification.  At least when one venture fail, you have the other investment to recover your losses.  Bitcoin is one good investment and any of the top 10 altcoin except BSV and BCH.

You can start looking for updated sources of their activities, and find information about this on coinmarketcap about telegrams, discord, or other things. the community will give you a lot of direct understanding of the coin roadmap. research for short-term altcoin investments can have a big impact on your assets if you concentrate on quantity, try looking for popular coins at a lower price.

There are so many altcoins out there in the market. My research about altcoins made me come up with few great altcoins such as ethereum, instar, VET, MXC, ZIL. Investment in them for good money.

Feeling great that you researched well in such a short time and chose the best investment in crypto at this moment. I am glad that you did no go through EOS and BNB. I had a big hope on BNB, but after so much drama, I started hating Binance exchange and its coin. Overconfidence kills the thing, they should know. And EOS rank is very high but this coin is not profitable. But you may go for Litecoin, it's like a brother of Bitcoin. If Bitcoin price grows,  Litecoin will grow too, so, as you have 500$, then you will get more LTC than BTC, right?

in my opinion you should spend more money to buy bitcoin. because bitcoin is the main currency, it is suitable for long-term investments and bitcoin is also a benchmark for altcoin. so the percentage for bitcoin should be 60%. the next 40% is altcoin. and in my opinion LTC also includes good coins and very potential. but everything goes back to your  decision. Invest if you think you can get more opportunity but never become a greedy person.

Right! Great Advice!

You can always have a safer place with the top cryptocurrencies cos their value is somewhat stable than others. Although the volatility rate is very unpredictable but you can always be safer with then and quickly switch to stable coins when bear fights. Remember to also use a non-custodian wallet for keeping them safe. Get atomicwallet if  you don't already have one. https://atomicwallet.io (https://atomicwallet.io)

Most of the coin you've mentioned are all good, with the exception of EOS you must fully understand how EOS works or function before storing it or you will be surprised at its intricacies, I have a problem transferring my Eos when I still have EOS because of lack CPU resources so if you decide to invest in EOS study the structure first.

No, I removed the EOS coin from portfolio.

BTC and etherum are always a good deal. but my focus is bnb at the moment because they have best exchange out there and they do not list shitcoins just for the sake of fee. bnb will burst in the bull run however ltc, doge, and xrp are good to go as well

I don’t think that you can get really completely satisfied investment advice that suits you here, because the market is extremely unpredictable and no one knows what will happen tomorrow.
In other words, all forecasts will be conditional. The cryptocurrency market is similar to the stock market, I would recommend that you act on it as well as the stock market.

In the market, preference is always given to those shares whose companies may in the future become technology giants.
Therefore, choosing an investment project in the crypto market, I would recommend that you use the same criteria.

Namely, to choose projects that already have a business that can potentially advance ahead compared to all other garbage projects on the market.

Exchange tokens like ecxx and BNB are a safe bet. You should also allocate 5-10% of your money to microcap tokens like $BRAP. It's easier for a token to go from .000000001 to .0001 usd than it is for Bitcoin to go from 8k to 1 million. A couple ETH in a low cap coin could make you a millionaire easy. Some people only invest in microcaps.

If you were in stocks trading already might mean that you should have some basic knowledge about how the charts work and you can also study the charts.

It is also good to hear that you have increased your investment limit to $1000 but I have to ask you, have you gained any experience in cryptocurrency trading before you could invest your $1000 because it might really be a lot riskier for you to invest in unknown coins for the first time with this huge investment.

You might have to study more about the coins you are investing and also you should need to start demo trading first no matter how boring it seems or how much time it consumes. It is the basic step for you to start in order to avoid facing any loss. Also try to minimize your investment in ETH and try to add coins like ADA and cardano in your portfolio.

OP don't mind this guy because ecxx is a scam coin and i do agree about binance but that's not for ecxx and you must try to consider to suggest your crap coin called ecx to the investors.
That's a big shame and i just mark ecxx as a scam exchange site.
It's better to choose the major coins rather than try to invest in the random coin.
Just do this and you will be fine.

Agreed With You! However, taking risk is also good. For me, it's neutral risk and calculated. At the end, Perhaps I will get the best ROI from the market. Well, I am transferring 50% from stock to crpyto. 50% remaining in stock. Thanks for your valuable advice. It really means a lot to me.

It seems that you are in favour of and spreading the importance of cryptocurrency. It is great as cryptocurrency will make us rich if we plays it in a right way. But besides bitcoin, ethereum, binance coin, ripple, other coins are lagging far behind. So far these coins have made significant gains over the years. So these coins seem potential for investment.

BNB is really a good source for investment as even we can see the price now is much higher than the price it was a month ago. The price for BNB is on a ascending graph and I really do not think that it would dump in the future because it really has a strong product behind it which is the greatest binance exchange.

Binance is one of the most popular exchange and holding most of their utility token can never be a bad choice as even if we trade on binance we would need much lower fees to trade if we use BNB as our base coin which is one of the greatest benefits of the BNB coin and I think this only reason can create a vast demand in future for BNB coin.

Link is not risky coin mate, you should investigate more. Link is one of the best altcoins at this moment. I would not suggest to invest in Doge, because it is not worth enough but you may buy Litecoin as it is the top coin since it's created, And the profit ratio is better than Ethereum! Good Luck

It is fine to sell your assets from the recent work you have which you said is having shares and stock market. Only sell some and not all because we still cannot guarantee that you will be profitable when you have get into cryptocurrency industry. It is good that you have already the basic knowledge as well as prior knowledge about how working into cryptocurrency goes on because it will be useful for you most of the time.

On the choices you have got, I totally agree you have Bitcoin and Ethereum into your top choices but upon the partition of the budget you have, for me it will be best if you will be putting the large percentage on Bitcoin instead of Ethereum. On the other choices, we do share the same thought of having Ripple and Litecoin as well for the line up of your cryptocurrency. But if you still do want to add up more, it will be just fine as long as you first educate yourself about that certain coin before deciding to get into an investment with it just to avoid regrets in the end.

Glad you have chosen Bitcoin already as It is by far the best coin to hold, I won't judge your allocation I believe you have a reason why you gave ETH a bigger portion. Bitcoin and Ethereum are good as a start because even when market is unfriendly and they drops in value, once there is a turnaround both still appreciates in value, so it's a good choice. For me, EOS is far from holding, just like you pointed out the performance is not worth it; BNB on the other hand is good but you might want to allocate a lesser portion to it. Also, if you want a coin you want to play around with, XRP is a good one. Lastly, in terms of exchange, Binance is the best exchange so far reason I suggested you hold BNB token.

I would be glad to help you reshape your investment aim, forget LTC and LINK, go for the following, they are the best performing coins presently
1. Bitcoin.
2. Ethereum
3. Bitcoincash.
4. BNB token
5. OKB token
6. Tezos
7. Neo
8. EOS

I suggest you do your own research though but all these altcoins are insanely God for either short term or long term investment

Many of you are thinking to sell all of your earnings like stocks or anything else you have achieved so far and invest the funds in the top crypto currencies. This is a good choice if you choose the perfect crypto currency and it is a bad choise the if the crytp currency you choose is of no use in near future. If you want to go for Bitcoin, Ethereum or Bnb token, they will never disappoint you specially Etherium and Bitcoin, Bnb token is only useful on the platform known as binance exchange and outside the exchange its worthless but still it is a good choice and you will not regret it I can assure you that.

I will only add a few altcoins like Tezos, Tron and also LTC. if you agree, you can invest in it.

I think you already made a good choice with btc, eth, bnb, ltc, and if you may you can add bch for quick profit purpose, not saying the rest won't bring good profit but bch is very fast to increase in price I.e after btc,
however, I think crypto will give better returns long term than stock,  all you need is know when to buy and hold, maybe wait for a dip to buy. And don't forget to do your own little research before investing and invest what you can afford to lose.
Best of luck with your investment.

I would recommend diversifying.

Keep your stocks in blue chips (or reinvest after the lockdown ends) and then throw your money into a popular crypto hedge fund or index.

Depending on your risk appetite you might want to scroll through the sub 100 market cap coins to see if there any undervalued ones.

Never know, you might find the next chainlink or Cosmos.

Honestly, being an early investor in Ethereum, i've rarely invested into ICOs or IEOS. Mostly I only focus on coins that have solid fundaments and a good team and folow their roadmap. Also reverse ICOs from existing companies, I participate in the private round.

Not that many good coins recently though, most are scammy.

Probably the only one on my radar is Ludena Protocol which is a gaming social network, you basically play mobile games and earn rewards, and then your gaming data is sold.

sounds wierd but it has 3 million users in Korea and is quite popular there apparently

Besides that not much else that you can invest in safely

I think that the coins chosen by you will be quite suitable. I would even say this is a very good basic set of cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin by itself, Ethereum as the king of all altcoins, and BNB as one of the most promising coins of recent years.
Most of the assets I would invest in bitcoin, the rest I would distribute in equal shares.

Those coins are inside the top 10 of  most known coins around the market acquiring those assets and learned the right timing in terms of trading would give better outcomes, you just need to be more realistic and keep learning everything around this industry. A good start for choosing quality projects is time for you to apply your skills and perform the basics of trading.

I think i have my own reservation on the difference in risk. I believe crypto has more risk than stock, which also makes it more profitable than stock.
If you take a dipper look at why crypto is said to be volatile... This is why the risk is more than stock with lesser to no volatility. Although, there are more people who are into crypto than stock, which might bee because they understand it more.

You should study the cryptocurrency ecosystem first before making this decision. You know, the crypto world is very risky.
These are some of the best exchanges based on web traffic. I usually use Binance, Okex, and Indodax. The performance is good, of course, fast, and quite cooperative when there are complaints.

If you read properly, he is here for long term investment. How come you are saying one to two years of holding are considered short term investment? Basically in case of crypto currencies, short term investment are usually less than 3 to 4 months but never longer than a year.
I doubt XRP would ever be a good investment. What makes you think XRP, Tron and BNB are better suited for short term?

IMO bitcoin and eth alone are a good choice already, there's no need to add additional altcoins if we are planning to hold for long term. Im not against of other alts but if we say long term these two coins are enough to have a profitable investment once bullish market take over.

I suggest you to sell your assets and immediately buy bitcoin and ethereum. because in my opinion these two coins have a different appeal from all the altcoins in cryptocurency. both of these coins are really needed by all cryptocurency users. and you can watch the bitcoin growth now and ethereum growth which is slow but has certainty that ethereum will go up. So before you are late and disappointed, do it now.
