You making deposit is of no relevance and doesn't makes you a VIP. If you are reporting about mod behaviour then you need to work out with their owners. Site owners are the ones who can review this mod action and take an action on that mod if necessary but given the screenshots I don't think mod went out of bounds and did something that he shouldn't do. There was only him muted whether it was spamming or arguing with a mod there. Also, I don't think it's a scam or anything, it's just that it's a personal matter between players and mods.

You shouldn't make such a big deal of a 60 minute mute. Just calm down, smoke a big fat one and go back to play. There are plenty of trusted online casinos around if you feel like you're not treated well. By the way, this isn't the right board to complain about a moderator from some gambling website. You could rather do it in their thread if they have one, or you could contact their support team. Was there anything said towards what religion or race or anything or even gender related thing? From what looks here is that you just got muted, maybe they were wrong to mute you, maybe you are right and should not be muted but that doesn't mean they were racists, even on the best of cases you can say they are wrong to mute you but you just can't say someone is racist without proving anyone there was race involved in the talks you had between them at the very least.
