Did they reboot the antminer after saving and applying changes? I think I know exactly what the issue is. The PSU is not supplying enough power to your mining unit. Although Bitmain says the Antminer S1 draws about 360 watts, my own research has concluded that the S1 draws a little over 400 watts. When overclocked, the miner draws about 422 watts. Worst Case Scenario: You've not only overloaded your PSU, but you may have done some damage to your miner. Best Case Scenario: The miner is undamaged and you simply need a higher wattage PSU. (I recommend 500 watts or more) If you have any other BTC mining related issues, just PM me and I'll be glad to assist you. Your friend, Alex. Just because you have had success with others even the same model does not mean the one with problems can't be bad or underpowered or failing for that matter. If nothing more than just to test and eliminate that variable.
