Post by: TryNinja on January 24, 2020, 10:29:20 PM At most, it means they use a cheap and shady license which is easy to get. Many scam and shady online casinos use this kind of license. It doesn’t necessarely mean they are a scam, but they could go « scam mode » or do some shady stuff, then it would be hard for the user to contest and get some law enforcement help.
