maybe people will be interested if you mention the amount of payment, whether the site must be related to crypto or can be any site, maybe you can create a thread in the development section, all you have to do is show the budget you have.

It looks too low for a backlink. I do not think you will get a backlink for this price. Usually from a mid level backlink, you have to spend around $30. Who is giving the article if you are paying $5? For existing article (which will not be the case), I will charge $30 per link and if you give the article, rate may be lower than this.

You are not disclosing any of your info like website and other stuff and what us to give you details to get details. What are the other features you would offer as the SEO team that I know has their explanation and they even provide a Memorandum of understanding. What is your offer, please explain.
