can anyone explaim me whats about this DEV fee with bitcoin cash. Do the pools take the fee themselves or will they endurate a hardfork? What about pools they dont support it, wil they create something like BCH Classic. Please only technical answers. Not interesting in "BCH is stupid something" Board search and google did not help. No BCH seems to introduce some DEV fee. That seems to be decision of big pools.
