You are not the only one to experience that. I guess they first have to verify before approving the withdrawal but you eventually get your money so you don't have to over worry.

There were some similar cases as yours in the past, all of them were sent eventually although some of them takes up to few weeks to be processed. What I can suggest is, be patient and keep on asking with the support. Their support is usually slow to respond on weekends, so better to ask them on working days to get faster response.

There was another member here with a different crypto casino which they won their btc deposit/winnings following the same route this player has with submitting their case going forward. They just need askgamblers get back to them in this timeframe inorder to see where to go from here. Unless the casino reaches out to them with some sort of resolvement to the bitcoin being paid out to them after the verification process being stated they are conducting is complete. We can contract them at their support and ask for any supporting reason on how this certain withdrawal problems happened. Filling some accusations with them is our last resort for this conflict, because if it's not proven yet I doubted that the funds being halted will not be recovered. The reason I ask is just because whenever a gambling site has an option for KYC, I always feel like I must be able to provide full KYC before I play there, unless it is small amounts I can risk.

Well actually it's not new for them have an issue but the good thing for fortunejack is they take some action if they see that there's a user who got an issue by using on their site and the main thing here is patience since for sure there are so many users who use their site and maybe they missed to see those existing issues since they are busy for taking action on other issues and taking care of other important aspects. yes maybe the OP is a beginner who started to enter a site like that, I also sometimes wonder why it takes so long to withdraw from the place I play they say 1-7 days, even though sending crypto only takes a few minutes, even though there are many people playing there just waiting in line waiting for their turn like everyone else. ::) |
