Do they need to fork over their KYC details (for 40 bucks?!), if so, make it clear. I suspect this is the case, otherwise you would simply use a VPN or fresh proxies to create all the accounts you need. I really don't recommend that people provide their KYC info to strangers, particularly for anything involving money and the potential for fraud.
