Where are they coming up with the "9,223,372,036,854,775,808" number?

Also is the Binomial Probability Formula suited for determining this outcome? (I'd assume for general computation yes however I believe certain games percentages may vary an extreme amount which would lead me to believe you should be using something else)

tl;dr : No one is going to win the 64 bracket or Buffet's money...
