Bitcoin Mixing is such a service. This guy seems unprofessional and he is new, but it is not enough to conclude anything. There is no way to prove, the responsibility belongs to the user. If someone wants to clean things up, first of all, they have to be careful with their money, I don't think someone wants to risk with a newbie, so this flag is not necessary ::)

A DT could use neutral to alert about the service being unassured by anyone until it's proved. My bad, I thought it's okay to create a flag in such a risky situation. I will now delete it.
