I don't know this network but checking the internet it seems that they have been all over the place though as what you mentioned not in github.

but i want to give benefits of the doubt since they have not been accused of anything in related to scam.

if you are in Doubt?then better keep away from this and find other investing company.

but too many promises is really a not good parameter for me since this mostly fails expectant.

I can't say much about quant.
but what I can say is that it has never been easier to get up-to-date information than today.
Telegram, twitter and google + 10 minutes time is enough.
github for me is not necessarily an indicator of how a project is doing. :)

Github activity is not a potent medium for knowing whether a project is for real or not. The project should be able other activities on social media which will help in deciding if the project is legit. I personally don't know much about the project but I can't remember coming across any scam accusation on the project.

I guess I've heard about this coin before but I don't know much about it.
It's currently worth over $4  on coinmarketcap and has a fairly ok daily volume (which is probably coming from exchanges).
From the project description at "About Quant" section on coinmarketcap it sounds like a VM type Blockchain. It aims to connect other Blockchains/networks on the internet.
The coin RoI according to coinmarketcap is 187%. You probably need to know whether the project is solid, viable, decentralized etc . before investing.

It's much better to check the latest news from the quant. In my experience, if some developers may not actively update the github as they are running private development progress. The developer must have privacy too consider to decrease the chance for the code to be copied by others.

Quant is still actively updating its twitter and some news related to the development progress and you can check it right now https://twitter.com/quant_network

It's not yet become a scam

It looks like the developer is still working on the cross-blockchain integration.

The all time high for this coin was $15 at July 2019 and now its price decreased to $4.

But I'm interested to see its return of investment was 160% thus far for its investor. Seems like this coin is deserve to be choose an investment place.

But about scam or not, I can really insure it. And you don't any definite proof to make an argument that is really scam.

Probably they have no time for presentation on github right now, i dont even sure did github really needed for claiming project is a good or not.
Also , if they jusy a piece of scam, bittrex probably didn’t added that coin to their exchange , bittrex have a hard rules bro.

Still i didn't find any scam accelerate against Quant networks and it is performing well in crypto market and present rank is in 82 rank as per coinmarketcap. And i think there is no logic to say scam  to any project if it  is not active in github  or any  other social media.

If you have confusion as Quant Network has no GitHub repository then ask the admins. Quant Network is not a scam, this project is in the top tier in the crypto market! The price, volume, developments everything looked perfect in Quant. Maybe they have the alternative of Github, so, don't make a quick judgement, Quant is not a scam.

The CEO Gilbert Verdian created ISO standard 307 for blockchain interoperability. They have numerous partnerships including Crowdz (backed by Barclays), Oracle as a full fintech partner and the bank of Italy to name a few. They're not a scam. It's just not open sourced. There is quite a bit of info on Github but not everything

For github inactivity QNT is a scam? Quant team is active in all of social platform and updated their project development activity. There no github or vanish it sudden what happen? i did not find something fishy to detect scam.

If will scam confirm than must be delist from bittrex and bithumb global because big exchange will not keep scam coin and warning will show in coinmarketcap.

Mate, please have some research well before making any negative thread. QUANT is a very good altcoin and their rank is pretty high in the crypto market. Quant's price, trading volume, updates everything is more than perfect. For only one issue you are saying negative words against this great project. Maybe their GitHub gets compromised or maybe they have an alternative than Github. Try to reach them first and collect answer before making threads like this.

Rank 99 on current rank on adjusted volume on CMC (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/quant/markets/) and listed on some Major exchange then i dont see for it to be a scam.
Same as you said, having no github activity does signify scam. This isnt only applicable to this project alone but on most projects out there which still end up on being pending
in talks of their project roadmap and due to market condition, i cant blame up the team that they cant deliver out on what they had promised. For now theres nothing we can
do but to deal on the current situation.

I don't know about them but looking to their website, they provided details about the project. And lack of github or any other resource doesn't mean that they are already a scam. Maybe they don't want to dive into that website.

Do more research and if you have seen some suspicious scheme that they offer that lies to their coin,we'll eventually see if it is a scam.

For months I am thinking about investing in Quant! Great idea, great project, I read so many good things about Quant! Only reason why
I still don't have investment in Quant is that my portfolio is too big, I have so many coins and I can't keep track of all of them. But I can't
help myself when there are so many good projects around.
Well I will definitely invest some money in Quant! For this month I already have plans, but next month I will buy some Quant's for long-term
holding!

It was promising as it looked by, in fact, the price is really good compared to the other coin. May you have to try looking QUANT away from GitHub and maybe you could find that this coin has been accumulating market volume already.

Maybe there is no reason why we call this a scam project and never has been pronounced yet that Quant network having problems. But if you are doubts about this project, you'll never have to push yourselves for them. Don't stress yourself mate, there is a lot of projects to choose from.
