Exrates exchange took my money and didn’t let me ti withdraw because of ( suspicious activity )they said and I didn’t do any thing and banned me from telegram as well and have screenshots of everything.

Have you seen so many accusation threads that have already created in the past and there were a lot of people who have created awareness thread about this scam exchange site too. My friend has been getting scammed by this scam exchange site too. Has the team given an instruction to solve your problem before? or were they just banning your telegram account?
Just try another chance by contacting them again through the support or ticket service.

Please, if you wanna try to use any exchange site and it's better to search a review about that in this forum. If that was a bad exchange site and it will have so many scam accusations.

Most people are not tech savy, they see ads on sites or just follow the first link provided by a search engine and as soon as they lose money, they start to look for some reviews. This happens everywhere and not only in cryptocurrency and blockchain business

I did few trades on exrates and successfully withdraw my funds so they are not completely scam exchange.

But they are shady and their reported trading volume on sites like coinmarketap is fake.But you can't do anything now just post the proof of everything you have got and see what is the issue behind your ban.

With the suspicion to you.
You should have asked yourself how did you became suspicious logging in with your account. Have you used a VPN when you logged to them?

Can you show those photos that you have screenshot we love to see if youre complain is really commendable. Exrate is a shady exchange but never had any trouble with them regarding my funds for withdrawals. I hope youre not just creating some fud here without any valid proof to back up your case.

There is a reason maybe that's why they dont release your withdrawals. Or the tokens you've sent from your wallet is listed on some banned address and in the suspicious list.

I don't play with low rated exchanges because anything can happen, I am good with few low exchanges like tradeogre or dcoin but at least I did my research before sending money to this exchanges, for safety its better with top exchanges, they are more trusted or stick with decentralized exchanges

Please post these screenshots along with deposit transaction logs in the proper format in "Scam Accusations" section of this forum. Making a thread would not really draw any attention in case they have a representative account here, which I am not sure of.

Of course if you have broken their terms and conditions and sent money from tainted sources and have done money laundering then you are guilty here. In most cases you would have shown the pictures and not opened a thread right away without data. Calling someone a thief without proof is also not a good thing to do here.

As far as I have seen these account posting such accusations have been doing something shady and the exchange blocked them for that. But lets see what the OP has to say, or not. ::)

you dont play with low rated exchange but your trading with low rated exchange actually .  i havent heard of tradeogre and dcoin that you mention above  , thats why i can say that they are low rated but its good because you have done a research before you start using them  . you agree on thier terms and you agree , that anytime they can collapse  . but even top exchange can collapse too , like what happen on binance for example  .  cex are also more better than dex imo but it also depend on the dex , if your suggesting them  .

Do an analyst before you begin to deposit your money into an exchange, just google it and you will find a bunch of review against the exchange that you ask.

As some users said above me, you have to include the proof and make a thread on scam accusation board. At least to avoid many user there who fall to this exchange.

From 28jan I didn’t get my withdrawal all i get wait while we check and i tweeted about my problem and put screenshoot of my pending  withdrawal and I’m banned from telegram you can check at @ahmedta41238163 on twitter

Exrates is holding user's withdrawal like BCNEX exchange? I can't believe it they banned you! How can they go this far! It is very disappointing to hear. Exrates never was a good exchange but I did not think they can scam this way. I always avoided this shit exchange, opened an account only to sell my bounty tokens! It is very frustrating that these old exchanges are doing scamming this way, I heard suspicious activity in Coss exchange too. I can't imagine what is happening with these exchanges when the crypto market is doing better!

So its better post about this in scam accusation exchange with all the evidences you have.Holding users's funds without any strong reason should be punished at least other users have to realize as soon as possible and recover their funds from that exchange.

I got almost half of my money 4 days ago and until now no news about the rest of my money

Does it mean you have got your money after you created this thread? And you only need to get your remaining amount from that exchange? It's mean you only need to wait until their investigation complete and you are likely receive or get your money

Youve posted the issue since February 1, 2020 is this the same issue that you facing? Quite confusing how come this kind of conflict cant be resolve easily by their support. I am using exrate too but never got any problems with the said exchange. Anyway, the only thing you can do for now is continue to contact them. Im sure if the complained cant be solve yet this will attract many users to do major action. Especially here in forum.

I had the same experience with vindax exchange a day ago, I trade some tokens for Ethereum and make a withdrawal till now I never see any deposit in my Ethereum wallet, I hate vindax like exchanges but the token is only available on vindax exchange that was why I had no choice

Still half on the process? what's the update now regarding their investigation to your account? still the same answer you are getting that they are still investigating it?

That's a lot of time for the investigation but still hope that they are doing the right process and your money will be refunded soon.

I have never even seen this exchange before, so I'm not surprised if they are scammer. Why are you using this exchange in this market? Why not choose the better and more reputable exchanges to host your BTC. Avoid new and small exchanges in this market as far as possible because it can become a scam anytime

I don’t know why they are doing this and why giving my btc in parts and they still checking the account and i got another .025 btc today

They gave me .025 the rest is .04 btc

I got my money from exrates but I don’t recommend this exchange
