the OP needs to provide vital links on his post. is there other thread discussing this Investa project? first post, and he is already asking to invest on their unknown token. also, using gmail account as point of contact, not even bothering to create their own professional account. there's nothing in it for you here if he is just discussing the price change after ICO. what would be the basis of such change? where is the use case of this token? so many questions before a user invest on their token. people should be very careful on this kind of project.

@OP maybe you should take a second look at the result of the pool before you can proceed to organize an ico for your project, i think the pool result represent the way people feel about ico's nowadays, the trust for ico has long gone, not that ieo is any better but at least with the latter you can expect a few number of people taking part in the sale,
But i see the sale is taking place in EtherDelta, that's not exactly an ico, is it?
between does this project have a website or platform to get more information about this Investa Token project? you can't just demand people to participate in your ico or whatever without proper info, this is 2020 and not 2017.  :-\  people are far more wiser now when it comes to crypto investment.

We will be halting this project to develop more information regarding the project. The white paper is now in development and so is the website. We chose to do the ICO on EtherDelta for security reasons. We will be providing much more information and proof in the future. Thank you for bringing your regards to us and we hope you will be more interested in our token once we have developed it much more in the sector of proof and information. Very little information about your token. Not only do you spend one of the most unsafe fundraising options, but you also say that your coin is provided with another cryptocurrency.
However, I did not find any direct evidence of this. You do not even have a site, or I could not find it.

The fact that fundraising is carried out on a decentralized exchange is good on the one hand, because users will definitely get their shield coins,
but on the other hand I do not see any guarantees or reasons that your coin will grow in value in the future.

One way or another, there are too many blank spots throughout your story. You simply offer to invest in something, while telling a beautiful story in which everyone should believe without proof.
