I was storing some Telcoin(TEL) and Indahash(IDH) tokens 2 years ago. Then the price was good but the price is going down. I do not understand what to do now. Should I sell the token or deposit it.

Any confusion you can sell first IDH coin. I am little bit doubt to see volume in livecoin because it's shit exchange you can not find buyer. Indahash was very decent project, price was 0.05$ in 2018. When it was listed some big exchanges now delisted provably.

Some hope regarding Telcoin, It's just surviving for Kucoin exchange i think, no another big exchanges.

Should I sell Aion token and Refereum(RFR) or deposit it

Most times if a project isn't going according to plans it is always better to sell the tokens and move your funds into more reliable coins like BTC thus through there you might stand a good chance of recovering some of your losses. I don't know much about these coins, but if the team aren't what they are used to be, that is, active as if it were in the early stages and the project itself is not showing any signs of good growth, then maybe it's time to sell and move on.

I don't know about Aion token, but I know Refereum because I have some amount in my wallet, and I still hold it until now. But I don't buy more RFR because I don't think that the price can increase higher in the short term. Maybe you can choose the other coin which has the potential to grow so you don't just expect to make a profit from RFR, but you have the other option to make a profit.
