I think mercatox have this before i dont know if its still there. But to be honest if you want to list your in free listing you need to have more strong community that will vote your coins to list. Even they havr doesnt mean its easy to do it.

Register for a free fee exchange I think you can try Forkdelta.
But do you have a community that supports your tokens? if the list with a free fee will not last long especially in exchanges that are not well known will only waste time.

You must have a good goal in the project or token so that many people like it.

That's kinda difficult but for sure there are some exchange who offers free of listing like if your project has some agreement on them or your project is quality enough to avail its a free listing.
My advice to you is to try browsing the list of exchange and contact or check some of their qualifications for adding some altcoins, now I can give you a list of exchanges;
  • Coinmarketcap - Exchanges list (https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/)
  • CoinPaprika - Exchanges list (https://coinpaprika.com/exchanges/)

Mercatox look free for listing many coin but you need have maximum coin supply depend on how Mercatox developer rule, but for free coin you can try adding in Forkdelta exchange market, how ever you can sell your coin or try to pay for bigger exchange and get your coin with higher price.

The problem about forkdelta is they are only listing token , and what if OP have thier own coin not a token so it will not possible to list it there.
If possible OP can you tell us what you want to list a token or coins?
There are many small exchange and new exchange that you can list it free but like other said you need to also have strong community.

actually a lot but your question is unclear because what type of coin or token do you want to listing? , if you want listing on dex it seems like most are only tokens from ethereum which have free listings, but for coin or token none ethereum I don't know what exchange which offer free listing.

Good exchanges, nothing is free, all are paid, but can be tried for Etherdelta and Forkdelta, but not many people recommend transactions on that exchange.

You did not mentioned what kind of coin are you listing if it is a token created from Ethereum you'll have a lot of decentralized exchange for token created from Ethereum like forkdelta, bamboo relay, there are new exchange that will allow you to list your coin, like Xera but I don't think it will generate volume if you list it in a new exchange.

I don't think if you will find a lot of exchange sites in this case but if you are looking for the dex exchange site and they are all almost free but there are some DEX that charged the new coin to pay the listing fee just like binance dex and idex.
The majority of the centralized exchange site is also charging small fees as requirements to list your coin.
A few CEX just like binance centralized exchange site listing was free but it needs a lot of requirements that almost impossible to be filled up by the new coin.
You can find some crap exchange sites like bitforex, mercatox, bitmax for free listing but remember you need to be a qualification coin to do that. Every exchange sites have their own policies for the token or coin listing.

Now there are many exchanges available and various kinds of conditions to be listed there, there are paid, through voting and also for free. I found a thread that is suitable for you and the information you are looking for is already available there, visit this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5079048

It's still there and it's for free if it's on the voting process but there's also a way to pay them if you don't like the vote process.

Do not list your token on free exchange, the end result will still be the same like listing on low rated exchanges, free exchanges have nothing good to offer that's why they are free, you can win free listing on top exchanges with voting, either than this it won't bring good result

I think no exchange is really free. You need to pay a minimum amount to be able to be listed at current exchanges. Also you can list with a large community supporting your project, that's the way I know so you can list at the exchange without having to pay

Depends on how you pay. Some exchanges ask to be paid in BTC, some ask to transfer them some amount of coin/token you are planning to list. Second option for a project also seems “free”, as they already have all the tokens/coins.

I want to ask here, whether in the form of coins or tokens that you want to register?
if you have your own blockchain network (coin - mainnet) I think the top exchange will create high liquidity, if you have enough community. and indeed nothing is free if you want to register coins on a centralized exchange.

If you want to register a token I think DEX is very cheap. try you see => https://coinfunda.com/best-decentralized-exchanges/

Why should I look for exchange free listings?
What project did you develop?
these will be questions that will always be asked.
Using exchanges with free listings won't make your project grow. Many projects that are listed on paid exchange are not successful.
if the project that you develop has good potential, paying for a proper exchange will not look for problems and even be an attraction for investors to come and start trading.
It would be very affectionate if the token has been listed on a free exchange but the volume is still zero.

Listing on good exchange depends on the link and connection you have in the space, the quality of the project, the hype around it and also the backers, who are your investors. If you just create airdrops or one ming coins and think any exchange would open door to you, you are joking

New coins can get free listing will be big challenge in the market. Strong community is the power of way to get free listing i think. What is your project? After check out we can't say that. A lot of exchanges arranged users voting among three or four coins those are currently going trend than which one will get highest vote, it will be listed this is the process i know that. Mercatox adding so much coins in that way, although many requirements in their free listing.

I think it all depends on the community, since a big community can pull up a good volume, also for exchanges.

Right and thanks for all the comments so far. Ether Delta probably won't work since its not an Ethereum based token or coin. Might look into Mercatox but I will probably have to build a bigger community. Please keep the comments coming and thanks again.

Yes, there are some exchanges which list coins depending on the number of polls. If OP has a strong project behind the coin or token and also if he has great number of supporters in their community than I am sure that some of the exchanges might consider listing them for free.

There have been a number of coins which also have started a number of exchanges which only keeps a few trustworthy and rest and left with minimum volume, no buy orders but excess sell orders, etc. Choosing an exchange is a important step and you should not always go for free exchanges in this case.

Moreover, never forget that there are a number of free exchanges who would promise to list your coin but might even run away with your tokens forever. Can you even imagine how riskier this might be for the future of the token or the coin?

Why do you need such kind of exchange? Do you want to list any of your tokens onto such platform? I do not really think that exchanges who might list some coins/tokens for free might have any good response. There are a number of exchanges who might list your token for free just to generate some traffic onto their platform but I do not really think that any of the investors would purchase your tokens from such exchanges.

In fact, any such exchanges might even ruin the reputation of your project so it is always better to work harder on the development first and collect some decent amount which you can use for paid listing onto some well-known exchanges.

There are many exchanges that take zero fees for listing new coins, but the way they verify a project for listing that is very hard! As I know Forkdelta, Hydax, Azbit exchanges don't take any fee for listing. Therefore most of the exchange offers free listing through the voting system.

I have mentioned that an exchange allows vote listing.  This means that if the community of that coin has gone through a voting process through the exchange and they really want to see that coin listed on their exchange, then the demand will be given by that exchange.
But usually, this doesn't mean that it's already a good exchange, some exchange that allows this has a history of issues.

The voting is also not easy to win sometimes a coin giveaway a free coins just to have some vote from that exchange. Even you make a giveaway the question is are the user will be interested for your giveaway.  If you not the listing then it will just stay there until you win the voting competition.

thats good then . that only means that they are carefuly picking the right contender to take the spot and the weaker ones should be eliminated  . i know forkdelta but i dont know the other two exchange that you listed above  , are they also decentralize ?  being decentralize means that no one controls or regulate them , so that could be the reason that they dont have fees but who is doing the verifying process and checking of the coins ? like we discuss earlier . third party service maybe ?  dex exchange arent good enough though when compare to cex   .

The question is if their community is supporting them, so if there's no support from the community they've built which mostly consists of their investors then obviously that coin is not good to invest and neither to list to any exchange. Binance also has a process of listing a token if they see it a worthy candidate to be in their platform.
