Generally, if you are in Dubai and you have the money, you can deposit it in any bank account and use https://www.rain.bh/ for buying/selling. Cash trading is dangerous and I don't think there are many people in Dubai who might do this. BUT: 1.: Proof of ownership of BTC is not done by Satoshi(You probably want a microtransaction), its done by signing a message. Those who dont know that, usually dont know much about bitcoin and trading. 2.: The reputation of OP is not really good. Just read the reference in the Trust.
