Ripple affected very badly before few days and created amid tension on the Investors, there was lot of excitement as the third largest crypto will soar the market but unfortunately it stills seems to be in bear. However analyst say to hold till the end to the year to see a massive rally on XRP, hopefully XRP will surprise the investors in upcoming days.

Mate, people should know that Ripple is now acting like Stock market lol, you'll be glad to make 5% out of it every couple months.
Ripple is saturated when it comes as the best source of ROI, it's done since it went from couple cents to $3.00.
You should focus on other crypto to make the best ROIs out of it.

I think ripple and other alts will definitely grow quickly but only on their turn and i think it will take more time especially if we see previous bull cycles mostly btc is the first mover and after it reaches newer highs only then the bullish impact is transferred to other coins, this trend can continue this time around as well but personally i want to see btc and alts moving together andfor that i think market volume should grow massively on daily basis.

It's a top altcoin but i don't think people like XRP at all. Many investors have complain about XRP that this coin is not good for trade or investment. According to them XRP team behave like a bank. So in this situation it's hard to tell about XRP is ready to make a huge rally. In my opinion those graph is really good but 200% is too much expected. Well time will tell us everything, and hope this time XRP won't disappointed their investor.

There´s a natural rejection with XRP because it´s not like any other coins, decentralized, with community supporting, devs etc, so a lot of people avoid to buy and sell this coin
I believe that there´s people and money to create a rally on XRP, but it´s not easy and not so predictable like others coins

Ripple is one of top ranked coins in coinmarketcap but have many issues and investors confidence is also very serious problem for this but still few peoples feel this can stay on top and have a good future even its centralized and not profitable as we have many others in cryptoworld we need some serious development in volume for good profit hopefully this will never hurt investors in long run.

I can tell you what I think about that issue.

It's prolly because many think that XRP isn't really a cryptocurrency and it's known that they are centralized crypto. I don't have XRP and I think I will not take it as part of my investment but everyone has their own side and different point of view what they think about this coin.

Yes, it's on the top spot on cmc and it even surpassed Ethereum before.

I am not sure if XRP would still be as bullish as it was in the past but it's still holding a good price until now.
For me, to see a massive rally would mean we need to see bitcoin having a massive rally first or achieve a new ATH which likely to happen this year but I don't expect for XRP to create its own ATH, maybe let's take it slowly as XRP is one of the altcoins that are almost not moving last year, if it goes $1, I think it's a good price already though still below its ATH.

They are just playing with its holders and new investors that will be holding XRP, I never purchased XRP or hold it even with just short period of time. I would rather hold and take risk on smaller tokens/coins with small marketcap for hold instead of this coins who wants to be connected to a bank.

The highest price or ATH xrp is 3 dollars more, I think the epic relly said by the OP can be achieved, because if referring to the article, the xrp price increase has reached 100% of the initial price of the prediction or $0.17 and just waiting for the time to reach 200% of $0.17 or $0.51. So it makes sense if they can pump xrp up to 1x or 2x from the current price.

Even if the market experiece a sudden pump, the current price of XRP should be higher than its current price but it stays having a slow increase in price. The reason is unknown, but maybe in the long run it will actually happen the same as what is on the article.

Ripple is an over hyped cryptocurrency. For the past three years I have been hearing that it will rally someday and that the price will reach more than $3. That day has yet come and those of you who are still HODLing it, please continue but do not expect and miracles from this cryptocurrency. Whenever you are able to book some profits, I would suggest you to book it and invest in other good projects.

Although I don't like XRP at all, I have to agree that XRP is getring much popularity worldwide. While cryptocurrency is banned in my local, one of the local banks of Bangladesh had a partnership with Ripple somedays ago. They can easily create the market demand and it's possible that XRP will be pumped ssignificantly.

Upon checking the progress of XRP, it is doing a steady increase so far if we will check it's grap from December 2019 until now.

So the chances that XRP will make an epic rally this year is pretty high the same with other potential currencies like ethereum,monero,litecoin,binance and bitcoin. This year will be the best time to invest as the market is starting to rally upward and the setbacks are only minimal.

XRP is not doing well for a long time! At the end of 2018, Ripple's price was great and holders earned really good money. But after that to now, more than one year have been passed but XRP price did not overcome the ATH of 2018, which was barely 0.58$+! So, I don't want to hold it for another year to see what happens, that's why I sold out at this recent growth. No one can ensure you what gonna happen at the end of the year, so, do research and choose the right decision.

Ripples or the XRP has made an epic rally for the past few days but right now it feels so bad that it is dumping so very high and quick so the investors are really worried about what is happening. I can say that holding xrp until the end of the year is quite good to do but still there is no significant study that it will last the pumping that long so I made up my mind to just follow the mass on what they are doing into their xrp or ripples in order to stop lossing.

for now, I don't think XRP will return with an epic. however, the current decline in the price of bitcoin has a significant impact on XRP to a 10% decline. it's just that, I believe that the price of XRP when the pump can be above $ 0.5, I do not know whether it can be said back with epic, it's just for investors who have large assets, it's really quite profitable.

The markets are looking a little bit slow these days I can't really say if any coin could make an "epic" rally, sure maybe it will go up a bit but I do not think it will be epic. Maybe like a 10%-20% increase which would be nice of course but that doesn't mean it would be epic, it would be very normal if that much would change. Everyone is expecting that elusive 1 dollar price but I doubt it will be 1 dollar any time soon, maybe closer to end of the year, not now.

However one thing is for sure, it doesn't look like its going to drop anytime soon, that is something quite important in investments since if its not dropping the worst thing that could happen for you would be not profiting instead of losing money and that is something I would love to accept.

I think XRP,s price will surge in this year of 2020 because different financial institutions are using XRP for fast money transfer, Moneygram is also using XRP and various banks using for their transfers so I hope in 2020 XRP price will be more than $1.00

We will see epic rally only if btc will continue to grow

I tried to store a small money on XRP a few days ago, because priviously this coin has increased several percent then I think this coin will meet a bull run soon. I choose this coin because its price is still low and that is the top 3 on the market so I guess ut will be possible to increase at least to reach its all time high $3. Because of that I hope there will be positive information against this coin so as will attract many investor out there.

Who still believes in XRP? You should make a pool for this and the results will be disappointing. I think that just people who bought at $3 believes that they will have some return of their investment one day, just some of them made peace with their lost money with investing in XRP 2 years ago.

It is not in a bad situation. Just normal for altcoin out there.
It cannot be compared with Ethereum though which just had a sudden growth of $100+ difference.

The only reason that made the market go up was BTC because of news of halving this April, so the alt also experienced an increase like BTC. I don't see any special news about the increase in the price of XRP aside from the massive increase in BTC.

XRP is one of the most centralized cryptocurrencies available in the market, with less than 10% of the circulating supply available as free-float. Under such circumstances it is easy to manipulate the prices of XRP in the exchanges (at least when compared to the other coins). But the big question is how XRP will be able to sustain these gains for an extended period of time.

bitcoin price movements can indeed have a good impact on other cryptocurrency because altcoin will usually be used to make deliveries between exchanges to take advantage of price differences and be able to make a profit, so you should be able to buy XRP with very large amounts when prices fall and you can apply trading in the long run to be safer and avoid loss.

XRP or the ripples is really one of the most centralized and we can see the behavior of xrp right now in the market and it is making out of it's own scene just like it is just following the scene of the bitcoin and other coins and they are just continuing to increase its value and pump up more, that would probably the best behavior of xrp that I have been scene.
The thing is xrp will not be able to sustain the gains and extended period of it because ripple itself doesn't have the path to follow it is just following the flow of the market and no onr are manipulating on it.

Agree with you, XRP has saturated and its price has not changed too much. If we invest in XRP then surely we will get very little profit, so we do not need to be too concerned and invest in it. It is better to choose other altcoins better and have more volatility to invest

Ripple was always a bad choice for investment. XRP is as close as you can get to central bank controlled fiat currency within the cryptocurrency market. They are claiming that they have entered in to partnerships with some of the largest banks in the world, to track and streamline wire transfers. But despite all this, the user-base remains very small, when compared to other coins such as LTC and BCH.

Everything is possible, but it is better not to trust anyone and draw conclusions by yourself, so you need to study the cryptocurrency market and all its movements, and of course XRP should grow in price soon, because there has long been no good growth in altcoins and xrp itself, so need to wait.

Personally i have no problem or complain about XRP. Cause in my little trading life i profit most of from XRP. ;D ;D There is literally no trade that i didn't made profit from XRP. So to me it's kinda worth it (for me :D). And yes, i think not decentralization is one of the biggest fact that investors aren't showing their interest on this token. They have huge community and i also think that they have to improve their community support. Otherwise they will lose more investor in upcoming future.

XRP must be a shitcoin as per many of this forum members still some people keep on talking about it hence I doubt about their credibility. I mean to say that ripple corporation must have hired some forum members to keep on talking about them positively all the times. This is just an assumption and I am not accusing anyone. But, I feel I got the freedom to state what I am feeling like.

XRP must be a classical example how a corporate coin will do pump and dump drams by sucking is innocent investor's money. I believe this community must ignore this kind of corporate coins so that we can live with truly decentralized coins.

I did a very wrong forecast about Ripple future. I should follow only development news about top coin. For some reason I hold XRP but now I think, I should hold Ethereum or Bitcoin. Now I think XRP price will recover as do the whole coinmarketcap.

If XRP is not soaring when other cryptos doing means investors lost interest on centralized XRP so stopped accumulating it,even those people who are holding it might be waiting for the  peak to sell so I don't really suggest anyone to hold,if they misses to sell at the right time then they will lose capital amount after long wait.

All good crypto coins including Ripple will grow but investors should need to be patient, if it grows 20% in a year then calculate how much it can grow in 10 years and what difference it can make.

But of course, this can become possible if there will be a big update, an increase in demand or a big development that will come to this project. Or maybe if it will follow the lead of bitcoin on increasing its price.

Ripple XRP has a lot of support from their centralized banks and the way they are making partnerships is big compared to other altcoins, if they are on the top of the other cryptos is because of their influence among commercial banks, there are even rumors that trump will announce something about XRP and the central bank, but no one knows for sure yet.

Nobody doesn't have high hopes on the price of XRP because it is centralized one which the supply of XRP seems to be very huge. Every year they will release their locked supply, it is good to hold, but we shouldn't expect high value for XRP coin. Based on the market condition the price of XRP will surely increase.

The crypto space is indeed crazy, I won't be surprised  to see xrp get to $3, the unexpected  is know for happening  in the space. There have been so much predictions  of xrp doing well this year, so let's  see how it goes and for those holding, we hope to hear the best. When people claim that XRP is "cheaper" I still can't believe how they do not understand the concept of market cap at all. It is the third biggest currency in the crypto world right now, how could you think that is is "cheaper" simply because one xrp worths a quarter when the marketcap is too much.

You can buy 1000 dollars worth of XRP which would be thousands of XRP however you are covering less of % for the total marketcap then say Litecoin or any other coin that is not eth or btc, there are millions and millions of XRP out in the open so you buying for "cheap" price doesn't exist, you just buy a smaller portion of the total marketcap than all other coins, that is the real truth.

XRP could go up or down I don't care anymore, it has been god knows how many years they have existed and god knows how many year we have been saying do not fall for this scam and people still do, so you might as well just get scammed and I can't save you anymore.

Exactly. This coins is of the the best cryptocurrency ever existed as a matter of fact it got the 3rd place in coinmarketcap so there's no doubt that it is promising coins and a good place to invest our money. Personally, I have some XRP and I do hold them believing that it will gain a huge profit as bull market comes. Besides XRP does have less transaction fee compared to Bitcoin and ETH.

It is not a problem for big news , when they decide to pump xrp than you will see big news too, this is what i think , is all about speculation. it could be good time to buy now xrp when bit news is coming is to late.

The ripple environment created purposely for finance and banking system. It is not shocking to know that many has been paetnered with them. Even the fee of xrp is very small if you compared with other crypto so be practical to love it. I am no xrp fan but its features give me chill and even par them up with eth and btc they have lots up on their sleeve.

I have few but my love for btc will not fade so will only add btc alone cause I'm contended already with my holdings.

i am not a fan of XRP as well, but XRP is still close to low positions, with small increase since 2019 bottom, compared to other cryptocurrencies, it was once on position two briefly, and ETH marketcap is almost twice than XRP now, with inclusion of newly added almost 10 billion XRP in last two years, so there is a room for price increase, but i think that there are better chances as well, so will skip it for now...

XRP is getting popularity because people think - oh it costs less than a $1 so I can buy 100 XRP and in the next month xrp will cost like bitcoin in 2017 because its crypto that's how it works.
I believe people think something similar to this. But it is not close to reality and when all those people will be desperate about xrp and will sell - xrp will fall below $0,01

I think it is just another one of those noise to make some FOMO to start the rally.

I agree with you. The growth of XRP was not so aggressive compared with ethereum. Some people have already started to create noise to pay attention from the traders and speculators. This is usually happening when there was no a lot of FOMO in the market to pump the price of the coin. This coin is still waiting for the momentum but that doesn't always work perfectly.

I haven't seen the development update and haven't tested their Ripple explorer, just wonder why many people are saying that this is a centralized project? is it because of the centralized partners they normally have? or is it that they don't really have blockchain like bitcoin but instead internal distributed layer, something like intranet?

If you have to look on the potential of xrp, trading is the very effective factors to make it towards the competition of this coin. There's no problem when people have a idea about centralization, what's important with xrp is that demand remained constant. The trading volumes showed productive changes, that's why this coin built a stronger foundation along with bitcoin's development.

I think like ethereum, ripple will be one of the most developing coin that will surely rise as well this 2020. Provided that most affiliated projects and company of ripple are banks. Ive had some of these xrp on my asset as being centralized I feel I dont need this type of project but since I always using it mostly on my transactions it seems to be useful though.


I think maybe youre thinking because the price is a bit low compared to ethereum. You need to base the pumo or growth with its market cap or volume incurred and being traded with. I'm feeling bullish about eth and xrp and somehow I can feel they will be the top coins that are most rated by investors and traders.

I am not a big supporter of XRP but they do surprise their investors every time the market is moving up, even if you do not like XRP you will notice it;'s performance that is why some investors still invest in XCP even though they are not fan of XRP like me  :D

Recently the CEO of ripple came up in a interview with the statement that Ripple will be amazon of crypto currency by 2025. Although there is lot of negativity with the centralisation of ripple the ripple company is working towards enterprises adaption . I think they have a good chance of adoption in finance industry.

They are centralized and therefore the banks and the wall street giants are not afraid of them. This is the type of cryptocurrency that they want (one which can be controlled by a central authority). And it is not surprising that a number of mainstream financial institutions (including some of the major banks) have reacted positively to Ripple (XRP).

Ripple might go up. Some of the experts have said that if the bears offer strong resistance the price might just stay stable and after sometime it will then go up if the bulls are able to regain control and push the price. The next price that we are waiting on is $0.34229 and from this price it will go up to $0.40.

Apart from XRP I have noticed that LINK has been able to reach the top ten level. That’s really surprising because I wasn’t expecting it, just within a short time Chainlink has been able to become a big name in the cryptocurrency market. I am looking forward to a time when it will grow to be more than that, it’s going really fast.

if the next price increase occurs, the XRP price may reach that price. it's just that, currently the price of XRP is in the range of $ 0.27, so when there is an increase, there is a possibility that the price of XRP can exceed the price of XRP $ 0.32, whereas if the trend decreases, it can approach the price of $ 0.23 or $ 0.2.

By being in the top 3 market cap value, I think XRP will have no trouble to skyrocket again. The fact that there will be an increase in cryptocurrencies in the future is understandable. The question is when this will happen. Because in the last hour, when I was looking for information about this and the predictions of analysts, I met a wide variety of terms by which xrp should grow. Therefore, my strategy is not to hope for a miracle, just wait for the price to rise, it can happen at any time when no one expects it.

In my opinion, XRP as well as other reputable altcoins will reach a new all time high. I like to think that the trend resistance is getting diminished day by day and that after the the BTC halving everything will start pumping and I think XRP is one altcoin which will follow right after BTC.

If it does it will not be organic but rather a FOMO made by people who don't know why they would need XRP and who don't use XRP because nobody does but they buy it because others are buying it.

However price increase in the market is still far to happen, if we would consider when did price soar after bitcoin's halving way back then. Well,  I won't deny either that XRP would get influenced by it, 'cause definitely that's for sure though. Anyway in today's chart xrp is indeed stable at $0.27, and probably would break $0.34 WHEN btc would have run upwards.

Exactly. But I dont think ripple CEO says that in a pretty defensive and insulting approach. Isnt it reality to say that xrp has much lower transaction and even faster than btc? Not really an xrp fan but Im using btc and xrp in both trading and volume wise there is not much difference, but in terms of speed and lower fee, well we should give credit to xrp. I think many countries have using xrp as their source of external cash out since its much cheaper. So I dont think theres much reason for this to believe.

You should follow your own analysis and make sure already have plan before execute your transactions. Trader/ investor need to push his ability to read market and make money in safe ways, ignore public opinion. I should say that because you are the player, you know your capability, money and how much risk can take.

I still don't believe in this project though I hold a little of it. I see it as a camouflage from the banking industry. They tried all means to frustrate Crypto lovers and they failed. I suspect this guys are just here to get at Crypto and that is the reason this is a centralized one. Let's be careful. 

Take the total supply, the total number of investors who own Ripple (more important to guess how many of them bough at all time high, peaks and mandatorily hold the coin), I agree that expect huge beneficial ROI from Ripple is very unrealistic.

Whenever Ripple start to run up, and you see your balance rising around 3.5%, please take profits and get out. Wait for some hours or days to see better price to buy them again (if you do love Ripple and want to be loyal investor of Ripple).

I do not believe it because the ripple is not a decentralized coin but is centered, there are people who set it up so they just follow the market situation or act on their desire to manipulate prices.

Ripple investors (old generations) have to wait for new generations of Ripple investors before seeing XRP price skyrocket. It is hard to accept but it is the truth. Accept it or not, it does not help you to sooner see the rise of Ripple. If you are a loyal investor of Ripple, and have plan to hold it next more than one year, ok. But if you are traders, there are many better coins to faster enter and exit (with profits).

Like you, why you like Ripple? In this investment place you should have your own decision not just other people hate one coin and you have to dislike it, that is the bad thing. So let everyone hate with what they hate, they won't make you get lose if you the legit coin. I have an investment in Ripple as well, I decide to bought ripple just because recently I have to send money to may brother which different country with me, so I need an altcoin that can do that with low fee and fast to proccess per transaction.

Being centralized might maximize the use of ripple and that is what would create a huge demand. We all know that each and every crypto markets run on the demand and supply factor no matter if it is decentralized or centralized. Ripple might also be the first coin to be accepted in centralized overseas payment methods like perfect money or moneygram, etc just because of their centralized nature.

I think that their centralized nature has not allowed XRP to make huge price pump in the last bull runs but this year we might surely see XRP onto a good peak. Investing into XRP would never be a medium to face loss but majority of the times we would land up in profits by investing into XRP.

It would be glorious to have ripple rally above its present state. I can't remember the last time we had a substantial increase in the value of ripple, it's increase has been within 7-10% maximum. I would love to see ripped increase to above $1, that is when I would know that the bull run is back.

XRP has been onto the bottom for many days and this was actually the opportunity to buy XRP to hold for the coming times. XRP has already shown us some great development news regarding the xRapid and xCurrent which would surely make a lot of investors buy as much ripple as possible. Bull runs are about to take place and XRP being the top 3rd coin would be among the first few coins to experience huge pump in the start of the bull runs.

This would create a huge demand for XRP and the price would keep on rising. I can assume that we might see XRP crossing $0.3 soon in maybe just a few months which would trigger the bull runs and the price might even reach somewhat near to $0.8 at the end of this year.

Everyday, XRP makes me depressed a little more. Bitcoin dumps, XRP dumps together. Bitcoin takes over, XRP dumps or slightly increases while many other altcoins skyrocket.
Demand and supply should be taken into consideration at the same time. XRP has very huge supply so demand has to be very very huge in order to help its price rising. How big its demand should be reached to help its price, I don't know, honestly.

Maybe he is right, Ripple could be the next Amazon if they keep expanding, even when many people think Ripple is not decentralized, hopefully, that doesn't block the progress this crypto is having. Each day we see news about Ripple good or bad, but for a coin in order to be one of the top 10 cryptos that means a lot! the XRP community and owners must be committed if they want to keep that place.

I did not join the crypto market when Ripple pumped to its all time high but I observed in the latest 2 waves of altcoins, late of 2019 and early of 2020, Ripple is one of the worst altcoins to invest. The coin did not rally significantly, and its rally is much lower than other altcoins.

We have seen the coming rallying wave of altcoins after their massive dumps last 2 days. I wish this time, Ripple will do perform its rally from its bottom (around 25xx satoshis). The price at 42xx satoshis is too far and difficult to be hit if Ripple won't get big momentum this time.

In my opinion not only XRP, there are many altcoins whose prices dropped more than 90% from the highest price. XRP is a concern for investors because it has a large transaction with the largest market cap value 3. XRP has a large community and is traded on almost all exchangers, I think when the market starts to recover, XRP can recover again but I am pessimistic about touching the highest price again

XRP will bull either in few days or in the later part of 2020. XRP is the 3rd best coin and it is very cheaper. I will not surprise if i see XRP hit $3 as we have seen $3+ in the 2017. XRP holders are waiting for a pump from a long time ago and based on market analysis, price of XRP should increase.

Plus the Ripple company members are working hard making new partnerships every day. This might be the next bitcoin thing, even it is not 100 decentralized because it is focused on the commercial banks and centralized format.

It's a great coin, but a weird one because good news doesn't tend to cause price rises. But I do think XRP will have a big price surge fairly soon. It just looks so cheap at the moment.

XRP is a great coin, for its use cases in real life but for investors it is not. Many investors bought the coin at high price, in both BTC and USDT price, then stucked with it till now. There are arguments on decentralization of Ripple too.

Compare to altcoins, Ripple is the most boring top altcoins during the last 2 waves of altcoin rally. It have not yet rallied too much from its bottom. Yesterday, we witnessed a new bottom in XRP/BTC after many months.
