At the point of withdrawal of fund, I was asked to do KYC of which I did all and yet they will not allow me to withdraw my fund. After contacting them, I got banned and they they are still holding my fund through dubious act.

I believe that you should research about this exchange before making any deposit, look at these this post: On their website there are links to Telegram, Twitter and Discord. I tried to find a chat in the Telegram, but the exchange has only a contact for news and announcements, there is no chat for communication. Then I followed the link to Discord and got into the chat. There I said that I want to chat with real users of the exchange. After a couple of minutes, a user appeared with some kind of investment question. In order not to escalate the panic, I went to him in a private chat and asked him about his experience on this exchange. Then I talked about my fears about the volumes generated and the lack of real deals. Immediately I was banned from the general chat and blacklisted by Folgory.com and all connected to this chat. So I became even more afraid of investing in them. ??? And this one: Hi all! I also want to talk about a little experience with this exchange. Title: Re: Folgory exchange is a scam Post by: lescott68 on August 20, 2020, 09:12:36 PM I agree total scam, i tried the exchange a few weeks ago they are so ready to help you add funds, after a couple weeks I wanted move my coins to my wallet, magically i needed more video verification, it doesnt work at all, i tried over 60 times, nothing, I sent in over 30 emails nothing, i opened another account and magically people with respond to help you add funds, no response to help you get into your account and move you coins out of the exchange. I use Binance, and Binance us, and coinbase pro without any issues at all.

When trying to log in it says waiting for KYC video approval. I've sent many messages and never get a response :-\ First and last time I'll be scammed!

If you are unable to recover your funds or find any breach that is detrimental to you, financially or even morally, then you can file your complaint with the CFTC (financial control regulator), even if they are based in Estonia or elsewhere they can largely be investigated. Don't forget to also capture the URL address in your transmitted anomaly reports. Afterwards you can, depending on your case, claim for possible damages. You are not alone.
