I agree with you.. because first they collect our data and waste our valuable time to collect referrals now they sacmmed and cancel the competition... never ever kucoin and winplay..

This is bad for Kucoin's reputations, Crypto community should take note of this scam unless they backtrack and right the wrongs. We are watching!

I didn't even know until today, that they've cancelled the giveaway. I've only seen the rebranding of their site.
Extremely shady move.  :-\

I don't know if it was similar for your account that so many tasks were pending, that was very strange and just looking like they've planned this scam from the beginning. I have no proof for this but it's really looking like a planned scam strategy.

If they don't pay, the reputation of KuCoin exchange will be damaged for sure.

Competitor:
Step 1) Hire bots to damage the competition and skew results.
Step 2) Hire PR to reflect on above.
Step 3) Dispute arises between KuCoin and WinPlay due to 1).
Step 4) Blame everything on KuCoin.
Step 5) Win.

The point of this is: Without evidence, I will be strongly defending exchanges until proven otherwise. Too many people easily fall for these schemes.

It is an extremely well-planned scam from the start. They have planned everything in the beginning not to pay users, and took all the steps successfully.

Even taking their OWN bot accounts to top 500 is proven with tons of accounts being moved out while registrations were closed because of a phone verification problem.

So, '' tons of users registered and got to top 500 '' while registrations were locked. So well-planned.

I hereby request that you stop perpetuating this claim unless you have evidence for it.

WOW , It's very sad for one of the leading exchanges out there managing soo pourly their marketing campaign : whatever is the reason ( everything planned from the start by themselves or competitors trying to damage the competition) the results show lack of proper management in running this stuff.

You can ask anyone participating in the contest regarding how their ranked dropped down by 200-300 in just 2 days (which is impossible), while there could be no registrations done because of SMS verification problem.

Everyone will say there were fake accounts being moved to top for no reason.

This is not proof that the bots are KuCoin's. For all you know, they could have been mine. Please do not make such damaging statements unless there is scientific, objective proof that they are the owners of those bots or the people behind them.

Those accounts can't be users'. A user cannot take that many points for those 2 reasons:

1) There are limited tasks and points u can get is limited, it cant make you rank up that much.
2) Referrals give you 80 points which is the highest point. And at that time, registrations were closed so no ref points could be given.

and there is NOT a single person saying that they ranked up in that period. '' Everyone '' were saying they ranked down for no reason.

To rank up that much, someone has to make 30+ 50+ Referrals in minutes while registrations were closed. Which actually proves those accounts are not users.

They gave nicknames to users to people cannot distinguish who is who. They even manipulated ranks, low points on top, highs after that..etc

Who said that I was the user? I said for all you know I could be the person behind the bots. You have no evidence, therefore you must retract your claim.

KuCoin group has terminated its partnership with the operation team of KuCoinPlay. It seems KucoinPlay was a separate entity. Can anyone confirm that?

Unfortunately this forum goes way beyond what it should with freedom-of-speech, i.e. freedom to make potentially very dangerous claims against a party without any evidence and *nothing* will happen at all to the creator of said claims. This is not how it works in Western democracies (laws against defamation, libel and slander).

Completely agree with your statement quoted above, on the other hand however most of western countries have also laws that protect those who adhere to public offers with regard also and expecially to online ones.

Never had any issues with Kucoin either and never saw or heard about scam/fraud cases related with Kucoin.
From this perspective I rather believe Kucoin exchange and their latest statement than Winplay team that I never heard about before.
Can only guess that TS was one of "luckers" from the top 500 of cancelled 1M Giveaway contest that would may count on valuable reward.

who is the victim now? who should we blame?

tons of people are tricked to do free marketing and now contest is cancalled, people still defend kucoin?
