Well I`n no expert  ;D  but as far as I know you can`t mine BTC with GPUs.... so ETH is the only choice from the ones you asked.

Oh dear, you spend money without know what to mine  :D

How much do you pay for electricity?

According to https://whattomine.com/coins the most profitable to mine today is: Ethereum (ETH)
So, you should mine ETH, and if you want BTC you can change the ETH mined for BTC or you can mine with Nicehash - https://www.nicehash.com/ (this service do everything for you to start mining and will pay you in BTC)

You'll learn with time the best coins to mine

Don't forget to tweak your cards to achieve the best hashrate per watt, it's important, the less you pay in electricity, more profitable will be

And if you need more help, we are here

Download MSI Afterburner. There you can OC each card and save the settings.

I see that you are not familiar with mining, but don't worry, do a lot of research, youtube have lot of videos about

Look at this channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVVWXoQfMfQVuzxcLylq9aA
It's very good to understand more about

In theory you can mining BTC with GPUs, but the difficulty is so high, that you won't have any profit, nothing, because there are Asics (machines that only mine BTC, and they are very efficient), so forget about mining BTC
You can mine any coin and convert to BTC easily

You are mining with Nicehash, right? Nicehash pays you in BTC but you are selling your hashrate. You are not mining BTC directly, understand?

About tweaking the cards, it's not only using MSI afterburner. If you want to mine with more efficiency, and gain more money, you can change the bios of every card, one by one, reaching the sweet spot of officiency (Hashrate per watt)
There are some tools that allow you to change this on the fly, without have to change the bios, but I've never used this, you can research about

And don't try to understand all now, before having your rig, wait for your rig and them start to learn with practice, it's hard to understand only reading about

You can try out mining Cryptonight-GPU(RYO) it's core dependent mining algorithm which is perfectly suitable for AMD and as well as for Nvidia cards. It might not profitable at the current price but it can be good for a quality miners (miners who are mining for long-term).
