Just found this on facebook. Maybe we can get something from this. What are your thoughts?
Does the future of bitcoin be affected? Is this good or bad? Should we still invest in Bitcoin?

Image was not mine.

Your third picture doesn't show the countdown for the next Bitcoin halving. It shows one for the Bitcoin Cash halving. You might want to remove that one or change it to the correct picture from that site.

I can't remember how many users have created similar topics like this and I don't think there's a need to have another one.
Anyone who is interested to know the timer on halving can easily search for them on google too.

Lol, BCH halving?  :)

Anyways, those bitcoin block halving count down is not that accurate, it's just an approximate I believed.

Others could be off by as much as 3 days, so I guess everyone should take the average of each website to at least get the picture of the date itself.

One thing I've noticed is that, they probably have nearly the same time for us to watch and I wonder what algorithm they've made to calculate it because basically the bitcoin halving will not depend on the time but the rate for the creation of new blocks for bitcoin. This might be the reason how they've calculate it.

Anyways, with bitcoin halving getting near, I also sense that the rate of post concerning it will increase as we go nearer, and this might be considered as a hype. Believe me or not, the actual effect of bitcoin halving isn't the same for what most of the members here mostly anticipate.

 ;D BCH halving  ;D ;D

I prefer the Binance one more than any others shown in this post. It is far clearer and bachee of the black background it is notmhurting the eyes too.

All these clocks are not accurate as they are showing a predicted date. Halving can happens earlier than the dates displayed here.

I would follow up on the one displayed by Binance and Coingecko for all the latest changes that may come forth. Many people are anticipating huge ROIs on their plans but i doubt we will see a major rise in the price of bitcoin. Let's see how the market will react to this halving reward, i have already accumulated some bitcoins thought hopefully the price will rise a little lol.

Here, I found some threads about the bitcoin block halving countdown

bitcoin Block Reward Halving countdown.  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5206736.0)
Bitcoin Halving Countdown and Other Data (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5181451.0)

Are you sure you edited @OP, I'm still seeing BCH countdown there.

These are just rough estimates, we will never know the real time/date, just saying.

Nowadays every third topic will be related to Bitcoin halving including my own topics because it's the hot factor which will have great impact on the value of Bitcoin and this could bring a drastic change to the existing crypto market but we need to have patience and I think we need to relax a little bit and just go with the market flow rather than having too much expectations and getting disappointed.

Although, I don't like they added BCH and BSV halving countdown too but they offer more data such as the current block, halving block, blocks remaining...

Added in the thread! thanks..

Since the bitcoin halving is near this clocks could be useful but no accurate or same clock I guess it is because it is in a different exchange or UTC.

Halving is so close and I think we would see more threadd about it soon,
Like whenever the price moves some member would post it and claims that it is because of halving.
But it is great to always know when would an event such as this would occur so this count downs and clock are very helpful.

I agree that op should remove the BCH halving. It's not even interesting and if there are people who are even talking about it, they are not that much.
We're all up to the BTC only halving.

I wonder what it will be like after Halving? I constantly see extremely exaggerated price forecasts and if after Halving the price drops, it is capable of many people having a nervous breakdown.

interesting topic, so now it is closer than 80 days to halving, and price is below 50% from ATH, there is a good space for increase in price
i expect that BTC will go up, but do not know will it reach ATH before halving
We can actually consider it as a good sign. Amidst having too many clocks, we must see through it that what we are expecting is very near to come and we must all set our selves ready for it. Bitcoin's value will definitely go high as halving occurs that's why buying now while the price is much cheaper would be a very great idea which may bring you much income as it draw near. We must always keep our watch on bitcoin's value so that we can make the most from the halving that is about to happen, let us not let it slip out of our hands.

It seems like each of the sites are using different formulas to calculates the time before the halving.
Binance Academy is showing that the halving is going to be on May 12th , while the other is showing that it’s going to be on May 9th.

But, I think that Binance Academy site is the accurate one, they made an explanation of how hey calculate it using a different formula from the other sites. I can’t really wait to see the Halving take place. The price has been in the $9k to $10k circle, hope it doesn’t go below that. And I really would like to see an increase after this next Halving.

I regret seeing the thread now I have to imagine how long it would take before halving will happen. Before learning how much more to wait I only knew it will happen sooner, now I have to think what will I do before the 70+ days is over.

Your third picture doesn't show the countdown for the next Bitcoin halving. It shows one for the Bitcoin Cash halving. You might want to remove that one or change it to the correct picture from that site.
thank you but I think the topic is repeated on the forum many times I have seen the tittle several times in bitcointalk I recommend to preview the contents here before submitting this will better for us.

I actually read BITCOIN CRASH until I checked it out again but its sooner than BTC. I guess BCH will first pump up and then dumped so they could buy BTC before BTC halving. Must be a plan.

there were 2 bitcoin block reward halvings already. After each one of them, bitcoin price skyrocketed. According to Binance, bitcoin price before the 1st halving was around 12$ and went up to 650$ just before the 2nd halving.
Let's hope that history repeats itself.

But, I think that Binance Academy site is the accurate one,
not sure if we can call it the most accurate as it keeps fluctuating based on the avetage time between blocks and
hence don't give a fixed date!

Thanks for the tip I think this could be useful telling when exactly the bitcoin halving is going to happened, Still we don't know if the bitcoin halving is going to be a good event that could make the market price of bitcoin pump just like what happened from the past. Their are still a lot of possibilities and prediction that some how it might affect the miners and everything that could dump the market price of bitcoin but still we could use the clock to monitor the bitcoin halving.

Not accurate but it's possible to happen on that date or near on it.
Agree, that getting blocks per day isn't constant.

The number of blocks is now almost to 630,000, so this only means that bitcoin halving is almost there, and the expected date of halving can be accurate or it is possible to happen in the same countdown time. The only thing that people's asked in their minds is what will happen next after halving is bitcoin's price go to bearish? or Bullish?

The halving is almost here again and for those who are eagerly waiting for the butter milk might be true waiting because the price of Bitcoin last night ticked $10k and with this reoccurrence we might be targeting upwards momentum from after bitcoin halving. What am saying is: there is the probability of the market be a post bitcoin halving this time. With this, many investors will come into the market with new funds and we may be seeing a huge market cap for bitcoin.

This is a special moment, so it is eagerly awaited by crypto enthusiasts. Most of the bitcoin halving countdown is based on using the commonly quoted average block time (10 minutes), there is no exact count, only an estimate. In its countdown page, Binance explains that they use different calculations than most:
(Halving block - Next block height) * Average time between blocks - estimated time until the next block.

Date would be accurate but talking into that specific time would be always in question.Just try to read down into your comment where there are services that do have competition or guessing game
on what exact time do the halving would happen and taking a guess wont really be a bad idea but it seems its too late to give out.3 days left for the said event and we wont know on what would happen next when it comes to price correlation of this upcoming halving but for me i would much prefer on long term gradual increase aspect than seeing long green candle on a short span of time.

It's impressive that at the end of February predictions were quite close to the most up-to-date ones (although there are differences that cover hours of time). Halving is so close now, it's amazing. According to current predictions, it'll happen during the night, so I'll wake up to the post-halving world rather than observe the moment. FOMO is pushing the price up, but I am worried it might go down even faster later. I remember my previous halving. I did not know much about Bitcoin back then and did not know it was a thing. People were wondering about the impact, some suggested selling BTC 'just in case' while others speculated about the growth. Strangely enough, it's still a matter of debate whether that halving triggered the price growth or not, let alone what'll happen this time.

Probably that is because you did not check the date it was posted. The thread was created in February and that is when it was 75 days but now we have less than 4 days for halving to commence. you can check binance. I think they have a clock ticker for the event

Indeed the bitcoin halving event that is most awaited by the cryptocurrency community, is actually no wonder many websites display it
bitcoin halving countdown. As we know that in less than 48 hours bitcoin halving will happen soon, I'm really looking forward to it.

After halving in July 2016, we saw the maximum value of the Bitcoin price only after a year and a few months (December 2017 - $ 20,000 \ 1BTC). thus, you should not expect a large-scale bitcoin rally in the coming days, because this process can also drag out for at least a year, until the middle of 2021.
