How can i earn Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies as an artist ?

Do it like how Pascal Boyart does it. Create great art(Bitcoin related or not), and just provide a donation address. If people like it enough to give you some sats, they would. It's worked really well for Boyart because his art has reached trending in other Bitcoin communities.

Some artists auction them (see for example a couple of posts by @baraded here: Collectibles (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0), although some place them here:Auctions (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=73.0), which is more appropriate for an auction). Others sell them for a straight price here: Goods (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0)

Study what others have on offer in those sections to get a rough initial idea of the procedures being used here.

Hi OP, your  art is great , no argument and I’m sure it will sell. I presume like most artists it’s all about getting your artwork seen.

Can't really say anything other than the obvious. Try to sell your art. I see people looking for customized bitcoin or other crypto related arts and they pay a great amount of money. You can post your service in other platforms and having a portfolio on hand can help get you customers.

Maybe you can earn direct cash instead of Bitcoin by making painting or art for any franchise/organization.

you can sell your painting or make a service asking for crypto payment for the art you can finish .
There are many people doing that already even in here just make sure you have a sample as portfolio, to make it possible you need to also hired escrow so the transaction will be smooth between you and the buyers.

You can sell your art and get paid in Crypto's. You can upload your art online for buying and integrate with any payment gateway to get paid in crypto.

You don't necessary have to look somewhere special in order for you to earn Bitcoin as a payment for your paintings, all you really need to do is ask Bitcoin as a mode of payment for your artwork. What I mean about that is although we have specialized websites and sections lik here in the forum where you have a marketplace for such goods using Bitcoin payments you can still find success if you sell it online on social media groups, pages, and sites where you just ask BTC as a payment. But if you mean a website where you can submit your artwork and earn Bitcoin I'm afraid I don't know any website for incentivizing artkwork.

I'm surprised no one has suggested you to sell merch... I haven't come across interesting merch which stands out in ages... All I have seen is some tees which have generic quotes on them... No real designed stuff. There are many platforms out there which will print your designs for you all you have to do is send them your designs... Since you are a digital artist I'm sure you will be able to come up with unique designs. You can sell posters, Tees hoodies sky is the limit if you ask me...

Ask yourself how you would earn dollars and do that. The type of currency used to purchase your art is irrelevant.

Nobody has suggested that you can create your own website and advertise your artwork over the Internet. Maybe that could be a viable option for you as well.

Have people sold their beautiful photos (animal, landscapes, ...) on the forum? I only see people sell many things in collectibles but not see topics of photo sellings.

I did not visit the collectible and marketplace too often so if you know it, please help me with active topics. I don't know on the forum, whether there are people who have demands on beautiful photos

There are many proven ways to earn bitcoins, including trading and mining. You can do this regardless of what your profession is) And if you take into account the fact that you are an artist , there is nothing easier than selling your work for bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. Otherwise, you can sell your paintings for dollars and then exchange them for cryptocurrency.

To be clear, not too many people sell their paintings here on forum, but you are not a newbie and you should know how to use search option (forum top right). For example go to Collectibles (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0) as DdmrDdmr suggested, then use keyword "paintings" in search option. You will get all the relevant results.

offer your artistic abilities to those who are involved with bitcoin like a bitcoin related business which might be looking for a designer maybe for their advertisements,... when you finish work for these type of customers you can demand bitcoin directly since they already have it.
otherwise if you have paintings and things like that which you want to sell as Og said bitcoin is just a currency, you can include it among the other currencies you accept for selling your stuff.

I wish I also have a talent with art. For me as along as you have skills or talent to offer, you can earn regardless of the means of payment. Maybe you can just ask someone to pay you in bitcoin in exchange of your art? Would it be too much to ask to see some of your art works?

Its not about what type of payment or cryptocurrency, i think it is more of how can he earn some bitcoin/other cryptocurrencies. The easiest way is to ask his clients to pay him through cryptocurrency specially if the clients is far from him, having payments through digital fits that problem. You can also have your own website and then integrate crypto payments but that requires you some money in able to it but that will be the (i think) the best way of earning crypto.

There are some sites that are selling arts either crypto related or not. You can sell it to them or do what mk4 suggested. If you sell your paintings could also make you earn bitcoin. You can also use your skills for website designs if there is someone or a team want their website images in painting.

It depends mostly some people preferred paying crypto since its easy and no hassle they just ask for your address for payments
some here buy paintings for sure, or if a company here want's to pay you to create digital paintings for their projects, is also another way
but i think if in your area there are lots of crypto people you can try to add for payment using digital money as mode of payment

You can simply let your customers use Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency as a mode of payment of your artworks. It is a common thing nowadays and I've seen a lot of users in here from different countries whom do the same thing. But there is a big problem in establishing such businesses as it usually requires a huge trust and reputation first before having a growing business with a trusted customers as well. The problem when starting that kind of business is that you either send the artwork first or he sends his money first.

How do you earn from these paintings these days in fiat ?  You can just take crypto in return or convert your fiat into crypto.
Secondly, you can place your service ads here on this bitcointalk forum and demand for the payment in bitcoins. There are many marketplaces available on the internet where you can sell your arts for crypto.

Indeed, there are really websites wherein you can sell your artworks but in terms of payment, they are accepting fiat or even bitcoin depending on the person who is selling if they really know bitcoin, they can sell it and accept bitcoin also. There are lots of artists who are really into making artworks to sell it online because there are artists that are talented and they are selling it for financial purposes, but there are also artists who really made an artwork because that is their passion and some are not selling it, they want to collect their own artworks. There are different artworks out there and different people really appreciate particular art, there are some buyers that are really into bitcoin and in collecting arts too, so selling artwork for bitcoin is possible.

Try to create a thread in the Services Section of this forum (here is the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0). Though it's unusual to see such kind of service there, but it falls under it so it's fine :D. But if you think this forum is still not enough to endorse your service then much better to use the one with larger auidence like FB (I doubt you don't have one). For sure it would be more effective since you can spread the news not only to bitcoiner like us but also to those simple individual while in return you are also promoting the ise of bitcoin. What a win-win situation, isn't it :)?

I have a friend he is posting his works at social media it gets attention and I think he got new clients, for your case you can post your old works anywhere and ask for Bitcoin Payment if you got a client there are so many platform that you can post. You can also create a thread here at services board offering your services it might be good if you have sample of your previous works.

I think is important for the artist to earn in Bitcoin because that way it's easy to sell their art and send it around the world. But unfortunately, the number of artists who accepts bitcoin nowadays is really low. Would be nice an event focused on this topic where the artist can lear how to make business this way.
