I am not that convinced that the pay per post system is a successful/honest policy for a public forum. Maybe am wrong . It has been a long time ago since my last visit to cryptotalk forum. I didn't get the news that some services use it for their promotion. Especially a competitor forum. I can't access my account there to see if there are running sig campaign other than those of Yobit. The bonus rate you set for wearing sig in bitcointalk indicate that you don't know too much about running sig campaigns here. Better hire someone to manage it. Far from what you wrote, the exchange you mean is far from the biggest, and given its reputation, it's definitely at the bottom of every list. The way they are funded is definitely in the gray area (which we have had a chance to see) and in the fact that they have probably the highest fees when it comes to BTC withdrawals (120 000 satoshi). Another mistake is OP should only post it on their local board. We use the English language here generally unless it is allowed to use google translate but not advisable due to its low accuracy. Pretty Much they had an English Forum but there are not many posters on it, I think OP needs to have a community that needs to pollute the English section, like most of us here in the Forum, If he wants the forum to gain some international audience he would create a campaign here that is dedicated to posting in the bitcoinbangladesh.org only and giving something to the Thread starters and posters would be a good idea just like what Yobit did with cryptotalk.org in gaining more member, but that is only my suggestion.
