It is a new version of now dead ponzi Bidrace. This is the latest ongoing project from a known scammer Fernandes Severino Joao Filipe, who was involved in high profile scam known as USI Tech.

Fortunately, I've never heard of USI Tech and Bidrace (I'm relatively young here), but every Ponzi needs to be labeled with its real name, which is SCAM.
