Yes that's apparent. Who can ensure that FB does not use the users' personal data to do dark activities? The company could do anything they want to gain them benefits. Even millions of users leave them, they sill have huge mount of people using their network. Users better take care themselves by not providing too many personal data to FB accounts.

Since most of the data released in 2019 are solely responsible for Facebook hackers can easily hack into using more data than we use Facebook. I also saw some time ago that many people lost their ID due to giving too much data. Protecting your ID should prevent the use of multiple data.
