Your accusation won't be taking serious by any member of this forum if you don't provide an evidence to prove that the accused account did scam you.
Edit : Wait a minute, you had an arrangement with a newbie member off the forum and no escrow service is not use? Forget your fund buddy cause he probably an alt to proceed with his business.

OP dealt with a newbie selling from a self moderated thread. Doesn't that raise red flags already??

I can leave here our conversation so anybody can see it.

That's the first thing you should do when opening an accusation topic, show what conversation you had and show the tx, the proof of sending him the money.
It's not that's I'm doubting completely but anyone can open accusations about anyone with no proof.

Apart from that, how can you deal with a newbie account on this forum without escrow, and you've been on this forum for two years?
How much did you lose? As I'm sorry to say but nothing will change, that's a throwaway account and he will not care if it gets tagged, he will pop-up up soon with a new username and new skype id.

I know I was dumb not using an escrow but I saw is account on shoppy with 12 positive feedback and I tought mehh it will be fine.
I already did so many deals like this and never happen to get a a-hole like this...
I know I won't get my btc back I'm just advising people to not fall in schemes like I felt today

Sorry for the loss, but yeah, your funds are totally lost. Just take this as a lesson and move on. Don't you ever make a transaction to any random user here or to a newbie seller with a lock and a self-moderated thread, especially without escrow.

Don't deal through auto-buy links as those sites don't care in case of dispute and anyone can farm trust their easily. On other hand you can't verify the reference and accuracy of the feedback so it's pretty easy for someone to create a good looking account there and set a trap.

There is already a sticky in Digital Goods section with title asking to avoid such platforms.
