Edit: Had to change % amounts due to unforeseen higher fees from my gift card processor...  I’m leaving my original amounts to be transparent and striking through them.

Don’t you hate it when you have thousands of dollars of paypal funds and nobody wants to deal with you? Do the trades with other newbie members with no verifiable transaction history make you feel dirty? Do you stop logging into your account for a few months because you feel lonely and neglected? Have you needed to create multiple whatsapp, twitter, Instagram, Wechat or Skype accounts to be noticed? Would it be better if everyone just put a little faith into you and sent first?
None of these things are an issue with the power of a prepaid card and myself!

$100 and lower prepaid cards are subject to a 10% trading fee. Every $100 extra is a 1% .025% fee decrease, with a hard cutoff at 5%8%. Amounts larger than $1000 can be negotiated at a lower rate.

You would have to see in your country, I’m not sure but in the USA they are available in most large retail stores

Very surprising, there is not much information about buying prepaid credit cards in romania. I saw that a website called BRD may have them.
