What happened:
Please be informed that BLOCKBURN provided a fake bounty.  
Plus they give free offenses and insults to anyone ask information on their telegram channel. Price meanwhile collapsed in less then one month (80% less).
There are too many clue that this is a big scam for both investors on project and people that has followed their job.  As Always I am ready and glad to modify/change this topic in case there are other proofs/information.

1)
I tried to join their signature campaign, see link in reference on 10th February 2020.
I haven't received any reply on public topic or telegram. I have also sent a MP to admin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2670944 without receiving a reply.
I have asked more information in their bounty topic but they have never replied.

2)
During their bounty campaign they made a "token swap" and price has literally collapsed  
100 new token (1 old token) 0.0347 USD vs 0.260958 USD (1 old token).....

3)
Today, I have asked information in their telegram group. And they offended me and my mother (!) plus obviously I was banned from their group.  (See additional note).

Important, if this was not enough:

Their spreadsheet is not available anymore and people are complaining about errors or missing information.
They promoted their bounty with payment after 2 weeks after ending of bounty.  
Now they are replying to people that ask this information "5 weeks" on telegram  ::)

People that ask information  "When will the spreadsheet be viewable"
receive by admin these answer! "When you stop asking" .

So please be aware of these information and don't feed scammers with these low quality project that WILL NEVER BE LAUNCHED !

I'm also there, saw all the chats in the group.
About insults and their behavior you are right! They promised us to update the twitter spreadsheet 2 weeks ago and they didn't. After a while, they informed us they will updated it in last weekend and again they didn't. When I kindly asked them for the reason and send them screenshots of what they said before I kicked out of the group.
Also tried to ask the admins about it and they didn't even read my PM after a month. But, still I can't be mad, maybe they are just busy.
But still there is a possibility of scamming, we can't make sure. Maybe they are just busy with whatever they are doing right now, That's why they can't answer you/me.
In the other hand, about the bounties I believe you didn't invest any money there. So, the only thing you lose is your time.
Time will show us the truth maybe in a few days they will answer all the questions and clear out everything for us. However, they will need to apologize for what they wrote you in the second message (I think)

This topic is a BIG warning... clearly they haven't yet scammed, but there are all signs for a scam :)
As you confirmed they didn't appreciate questions and bans people.

They are not really busy since there are some admins very active ready to offend people. I mean if you are really busy you don't waste your time in this way, and any bounty manager will not react in this way when dealing with bounty hunters.

I am not speaking about a monetary loss related this bounty (Amount Scammed: N/A) but I can confirm that admins/projects that not respect their condition are classified as scam.

Personally I decide to open this scam accusation also to avoid other people can loose money in their low quality project.

This is a pure allegation about the project.  Why didn't you include the picture in which you threaten to call a project scam. The bounty ended 8th of march and the admins lock up the spreadsheet to update the sheet. As far as I'm concerned the SIGNATURE was already updated and reddit.  The admins typed in the group about bots attacking the spreadsheet and they will be a verification.  In this thread you only concluded what you want others to believe.  Search your concern through if it's worth the lies you uploaded on this thread. Mind you, stop misuse of power just because you got a legendary account. Lol

According to your 8 posts on this forum you have not followed their project or everything else and your post here look high suspicious.

I have asked from 10 February 2020 information about my application and no one has replied.
This is not serious and also other people have the same complaints.
I sent private messages, replies in bounty topic, so I write EVERYWHERE and no one has sent a reply.

As reported, a bounty campaign that offend people and is not able to give information is a scam.

About their spreadsheet, you're a LIER, because how bots can attack a GOOGLE SPREADSHEET is a mistery!
Since admins are the only people able to modify and make update.
They removed and a lot of people ask for missing informations and they receive free offenses.

There is no "legendary power".
As usually and it's very simple/automatic, I have reported a scam accusation against a project.
Receive free offense against me and my mother (!) provides the size of this problem and I decide to expose clearly their way to operate.

well your doubts are right they are not giving stakes to twitter participants either. Banning and removing users from telegram bounty chat who complain about missing stakes. They didn't updated their bounty thread regarding twitter verification form as a result lots of user missed. If you see their bounty chat you will see lots of unanswered questions i am beginning to think this is a scam.

Don't deceive yourself thinking you made a point here. when a project make rules for a campaign, they ought to keep that rule. they said they will distribute after two weeks No matter what happen. that should not change. if you are strict with hunters with errors in your campaign, you should be held accountable when you failed to stick to your rules.

We all know there is a solid rules for every bounty. You should pay the tokens in-time.
After some negotiation with the admins and moderators and asking them about the distribution date of tokens we didn't get answer for days/weeks, or they answered us with "stop asking questions" today the admin of the group gave us this answer:

No exact date... can be a week, a month, etc... They say they are not ready! not an excuse
About saying "stop asking questions": the goal of creating a group is to asking questions and getting a polite answer by the responsible, a responsible should response not to ignore or giving such useless answers.
If you ask my opinion about this project, I won't kind to say I lost my trust. A few days ago it was just about the insults but today I believe they don't even have a plan for the protect. Or maybe worse, they are planing to make some pockets empty.

Price collapsed during bounty and now they want sell their tokens meanwhile have a minimum value.
This is why they refused to send tokens to all bounty hunters and are unable to provide any information about distribution.

Man, this looks like a classic low-quality bounty stunt. I won't be surprised if sooner or later they said the project is stopped and then create a new one to 'scam' other people.

While we're waiting for that, be prepared for a bunch of accounts trying to insult and defend them here.

Despite the coin listed on exchanges and coinmarketcap, they were still scamming. Its not good for their project. But they must have figured it out by now that the project is never gonna be a good one for investors so this will just be another scam.

Insure is also in the market and both of these bounty campaign pop together like they are partner, just my hunch so there is a chance that its also a scam.

well  I'll be damned these are all connected to the same bounty manager. Well apart from the bounty managers what about the team mentioned on the website do they have any background in crypto industry? I mean do they exist or just fake id's?

I have never heard or find anything related this team. 
Probably they are just fake since no one want use real ID when launch a scam project.

yes apparently their cointiger listing didn't go well lots of chatter of scam there as well on group and chatbox i wonder how many community members they pissed!

edit: now they are delaying bounty distribution for 3 months.  So that people stop asking about tokens and they easily pump and dump this shit token.

Kindly next time you gather such information, make sure to archive the page/document as the scammers/cheaters always delete their posts that made them exposed.

Such a pity that they can't even distribute $15k worth of tokens to the hunters and even after all of those stingy behaviors. And that is not the worse of it, it looks like in this age of time we have to see such a racist response from the team. This is clearly being run by some lowlife. I think they are seeing the token price is now $0.000166, tanking more daily and $15k worth of tokens are a lot comparing to when the IEO price was $0.005 then deciding to distribute it now, hoping for a planned pump and distribute then.

A message from admin in telegram group:
"Due to the recent happenings and the slow pace of project development, we would love to inform all bounty participants that payments of bounty will hold in 3 months time.  It is in the best interest of every participant to be patient with us as the end result will be worthwhile."
Imagine you join a bounty and then you have to wait like more than 3 months to get your rewards.
Just reported the group and other social media related to this project as scam.

You may say they didn't scam because we didn't invest money on the project. The answer is simple, we actually invested our times and our FB/TW accounts for them.
It's not just about the offenses and insults anymore it's about scam! And this a big fat warning about this fake/scam project.

Waiting 3 months and this token will be totally worthless since it's collapsing at fast pace, and people will forget about that (TM channel and admin will disappear ...)

I am sorry for people that followed/invested into this project and bounty hunters since they (eventually) will receive only a worthless coin :(
I hope that people that made research before investing, will avoid to falling into this trap ;)


 

I believe the admins just made this announce because they think if they give out the rewards the price will fall, Since it's already dumped the project will fall too. So, they think if they postpone the distribution date for 3 months, many people will forget about the bounty....

However, nowadays it's pretty hard to find a real proper bounty, unfortunately.

Another thing to note on the website is that there is no building or office address .

They are not the only one who is doing this, this has become very rampant, they do not show honesty in dealing with their promoters and they should be called spammers because they ask us to waste our time and effort without giving anything in return, investors should take note of this and just ignore their project.

It happens in many other scam project too, bounch of account trying to defend scam project! It would be nice to ban all this account.

If that happens I support red-tagging those accounts who will try this scam, but I doubt if they can still defend seeing how it perform in the market, there's no hope in this coin anymore, they will just leave it and create another one and do the same strategy.

I'm sure that the community won't tolerate those bunch of accounts it they started to appear and shill for this project and the next similar projects. There are a lot of spam hunters in this forum. The only thing we need to stress as well is that investors should stay away from this kind of shady projects because they will obviously lose money here. They won't defend accusations against them, which tells us that their aim is to scam investors, simply as that.

- They gave promise to get listed on new exchange called Lbank on 06-05-2020 as @bitbollo said. The date is already passed and we all know it's not happening.
- During the last month (30 days ago) the price dropped by -29% and the ROI dropped as low as -99.96%!
- Lbank didn't even mention them after Dec 13, 2019.

Bounty hunters just lost their valuable time. But, I really feel sorry for the investors.  :(

Just like we said before, new listing on Lbank is not going to be happen like ever.
As you can see on the first screenshot the admin/owner/etc said it's postponed and just after a few hours, as you can see on the second screenshot, he confessed about the previous removal from Coinlim.com exchange and he said they not going be listed anymore on Hotbit or Lbank exchange.
