Well said mate, that is why I said that there are only some casino gambling that is legal and well registered. I am a person that considering the ambiance of the building before playing because of finding comfortable places and environment, ambiance has somehow relation on how are you going to play in gambling. It feels me so uncomfortable to play when I do not want the ambiance of the casino gambling, especially if it is hot in the building and so crowded places. Being crowded means that the building is really legit because there are so many gamblers that are playing, but honestly for me, I do not want that so crowded because there are a chance that you may be cheated.

Honestly, I haven't been on a real casino before and having this might helps me for sure in the future. From me I guess you are correct on saying you can feel the ambiance of the real casino and real gamblers in place and I do believe it's more legitimate to think if we are able to see how cards are dealt by bankers for example.

As far as I know all casinos (at least over here) has been closed in order to avoid the spread of the virus. But, you know, one can always gamble online. Things would be easier even more if they gambled with crypto currencies ;).

Yep. Limit funds is one of the part of controlling ourselves. However, it is not only limit funds, we also need to control emotions during playing casinos. It is the key to make you play normally and safely. I believe, as long as you can control your emotion, you can think realistically. But when you are in emotions, you don't care about limitation, you will put all your money to gamble even if the money isn't intended for gambling.

Indeed gambling we must be able to control ourselves because because of awareness we are able to return money from gambling not just for pleasure.

I guess gamblers have done it all the time, not only now. Being emotion means you are not in normal condition, you only know that what you are thinking at the time is the right one. So yes, you don't care about regret or the chance of losing more. I assume each gambler may experience this. But there are some gamblers who can get the right solution to solve that problem, while others never solved it and continue to make the same mistake.

But there are people who never learn, people who in problems all the time!
   I have control over my actions and emotions. I have gambling limitations, and I don't have problems because
of my gambling. It's all about having control, and to know what you can and what you can't do, with that you
will never get in financial and other emotional problems because you gamble.

A simple rule which I followed is that you should always have a budget as you earn X amount and only can spend a certain percentage of X so keep that aside for the gambling. Once that amount is lost ten you cannot play further and if you win it then can play further or quit whatever you would like to wish. This has helped me a lot to stay away from getting carried away.

Good control with both emotions and capital are your lifesaver when you are dealing with gambling. Without proper management from both of this you are prone to addictions and losing a lots of money. Good control with how you spend your money either for entertainment or real gambling purposes for money making journey. Having a precise attitude with how you follow your limits will be the determining factor from your stay inside the house.

$100 is already big if you play in land base casino in the Philippines, unless you are not a heavy bettor, as  baccarat tables for example ranges from $10-$100. Anyhow it is a good practice, just bring money that you can afford to lose and just have some fun.

But with the corona virus pandemic, I try to minimize my online gambling, I just play small amounts now. So play only with what you can afford to lose, watch your bankroll and if ever you win or like double your money, then exit and log-off and play the next day. Also always remember the "gamblers fallacy" and never fall for it.

Yes that is right. It is still gambling so we must not forgot to limit the money we are using. We can still lose and it is still risky. Maybe the mood around is different since it is home and not casino, maybe other people around you has no interest in gambling, but we must still concentrate on the game.

Most likely those people that cannot control themselves are lacking something, most people after repeating a mistake several times will eventually learn even if the lesson is very expensive, but for some reason there are people that keep losing their money in gambling because they are unable to control themselves and yet the very next time they have some spare money they will gamble all of it once again making their problem even bigger and more difficult to resolve as time passes.

Ambience wont matter when you are going for a -50% of your original bankroll and you are hitting a big multiplier slowly closing the gap from breaking even. Its all panic at that time and the panic makes sense too. Although you will never really be able to bridge that gap you will lose a lot trying to make it back. So there goes your "limit bankroll" tip, it will not work there since you are in a rush to make the money back.

Eventually these points all fail because at that time the only thing in mind is making the money back which you just lost. The fear that you have wasted some money and your family members will be angry at you is what makes the person play more and just come clean.
