Seems like walmart34 is one scamming spree with already two scam accusations active and now this. Won't be surprised if more accusations surfaced. Sad to see he made out this much. Maybe he is having issues with Paypal but that doesn't means he have to held people money like this. I have already sent a feedback over his profile to warn users about the two other cases.

Can you also add a screenshot showing the telegram ID of the user you are accusing so that others can verify it. Also it would be great if you can create flag under negative feedback option and edit your main post with that flag's ;ink so that others can support it.

Great. seems like solid evidence. Now I would suggest you to create flag from here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=2639826 , choose the option whichever fits according to you and copy/paste the link to the flag here  after you create it.

He hasn't otherwise you would have heard from one of his victims about it. There are already 3 active scam accusations and we haven't heard about any sort of refund from any of them. He is just lying so that he has a shot of scamming someone if someone believes him with that.
Don't fall for that untill he comes up and settle this before the community.

any time someone says they settled everything and doesn't show proof or doesn't respond to it on the forums its a clear lie. do not fall for the nonsense of walmart34 aka Naober. he is trying to scam as much as he can before his name is totally wrecked. he doesn't have many more days left of scamming. as you can see he reacted very unprofessionally when you called him out. he's a loser.

naober is still advertising his stuff here. I don't know if anyone can block or delete his posts until he resolves issues but he shouldn't be allowed to scam any more people. in his telegram group there are new scam reports daily. see link above where he bumps his ad

Its not like he is breaking any forum rules so any kind of moderation action will not be taken unless he breaks forum rules. We as a DT member or others can only warn people by adding feedback, adding flags and supporting them - this gives others a warning before dealing. So its not our fault if someone neglects even after this and gives away their money. We can only warn people and rest is upto them to whether to trust our judgement or not.

ok. openly and blatantly scamming should be grounds to have your ads removed in my opinion. at least until your resolve outstanding issues. keep the community health. fair enough

I see he's still online within the last hour just now.

People need to add these scammers to their distrust lists (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust), not just slap them with negative trust feedback and/or supporting flags against them.

Code:
~walmart34

(Don't forget to delete your previous bumps before the troll/mods get trigger happy and delete them for you.

Lots of community users are working 24/7 to keep forum newbies far from scammers. Continuously  scam busters are painting scammers profile with negative trusts and drawing others attention by creating flags. If anyone don't bother about trusts and flags before making deals with this kind of proven scammers then how can anyone save them from getting scammed.

walmart34 is a proven scammer and have multiple active scam accusation against him. So its quite clear that he will definitely steal your money.

This evil is already on my List of Proven Scammers  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5185763.0). Hope newbies will follow this list to keep them safer.

I disagree.  He has no chance of getting near DT, so why waste time bloating up your list?

The flag does a lot more than making a private note you won't trust him if he ever gets on DT.

Absolutely on point.
Distrusting should mostly come in mind when a scammer has a high potential of becoming a DT member or is already one. Negative feedback and trust flags should be more than enough. If they do try to get on DT later on, members will notice it.

I appreciate both of your thoughts and am taking them into consideration.
