He want to give 1 merit and 0.001 BTC to the winner of the contest. But Still now he didn't publish the winner of the contest. Besides he lock the thread. I sent him a message to publish the winner on Feb 3, 2020. But no response. He was last active in Jan 23, 2020. I think something must have happened to him that would have made him quit the contest, but it was a lack of respect he did not inform the participants that he was closing the contest. Well, I don't know if in this case we can consider a case of scam or not as he is not active in the forum and I don't know the reasons why he disappeared from the forum
