The scammer will give you this attractive offer by sending a message on your telegram. If you act according to his word. So when you try to withdraw, they ask 0.02 BTC for verification! This is a fake exchange if you send any kind of fund then that fund will never be get back. They send messages in innocent ways to scam people.

Lol. They stole the old design from cex.io and their logo. For compare:

I've seen several clones with the same design that were reported here before. There is probably a script circulating the scammers circles of CEX.io cloned site. Or it's a single scammer that just registers new domains.

Anyway, if it's too good to be true...

Well it looks like the CEX.IO scripts have been circulating so much that even among scamer I also get messages on telegrams like that by asking for help later in return for love, fraud sites are the same as CEX.IO what CEX.IO exchanges are not widely known so that more scamers take advantage of something like this?

Thank you for the heads-up, guys.

You are absolutely right, it is a scam site that uses CEX.IO lookalike interface.

Please be careful with this and similar fake sites. We ask you to be very cautious with sending the funds to sources you are not confident about.
Also, be kindly notified that CEX.IO is in no way related to 'Bitcomion'.

We are already being taken the necessary actions to report it.

Thanks for your quick response. I hope you take action against the scammers. In the future, scammers should not use your template to mislead people. If I find more websites like this, of course I will post on Bitcointalk. Keep eye on Scam accusations board for more fake website like this.
