You are in the wrong forum. There is no campaign for you here.

Yobit's campaign here ended months ago, and it caused a load of spam in the forum. Go to CryptoTalk.org if you want to spam for money.

You just said you came here, wanted to know how to join a sig campaign and know nothing about crypto - from what I can tell from your post anyway?

We're literally called bitcointalk, that in itself is enough of a reason to know you're just here to spam. Newbies probably don't have access to their signatures anymore if you can't find it, you can either earn 1 merit here by doing something productive or you can go back to cryptotalk...

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

RankRequired activityRequired merit
Brand new00
Newbie10
Jr Member301

Perhaps the allowed signature styling should change with activity score / membergroup. Like:
- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

You need to know about merit and activity system from this forum first. Since you're still brand new, you can't wear signature now. Wait more time to get at least 1 activity to rank up Newbie. For newbie you only have max 40 characters allowed for you signature.

More explanation about activity and merit : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0

Hello, I need some help here , i think the forum made by old html, i don't know why there is no new styles it's blue - white only, lol.

Whats the problem? I enjoyed it with blue and white only, the colour is not too contrast and bright... its balance
I think everyone also enjoyed for blue-white interface

First if all, what's the connection between your topic title (where you refer to another forum) and the questions you ask in OP?

Second of all, you should avoid the English spoken by a caveman and try to articulate proper sentences. In order to reach this stage, you must make the thoughts coherent. Procesed thoughts become ideas. Articulated ideas become words. Which, placed in a rational manner, create sentences and phrases. In order to be understood, your sentences must contain subject, predicate, atributes and complements.

I hope this will help your future communications here with homo sapiens, although I find hard to believe there can be a proper communication between cavemen and the evolved humans, due to various limitation (language, processing the thoughts into ideas and the ideas into words and so on).

Let's not disappoint the newcomers. They can always buy a copper membership  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote)and have a signature.
He should be given a chance, if he fails to post a OK content then he will loose his investment.

This seems to be the best practice, If you want to participate in any signature campaigns, you need to buy a membership. If you are good enough, you get much more than what you have invested, if not, the forum benefits and your account is gone.

The Newbie highlighted information is void really since September 2018 (see enhanced newbie restrictions & requirements (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030366.0)). He’d need to become at least a Jr. Member (1 Merit and 30 Activity) before being able to place a signature of some sort, and set out on his "Journey to xx rank" (and/or being nuked/banned) et al.

This is not the first time this has happened, there have been several newbies who have asked the same question, which is obviously the result of a misunderstanding of the current situation. I'm not a member of the forum mentioned above, but since the OP came from there, he probably misinterpreted some information as there is certainly debate over whether their signatures campaign will return to this forum or how some users here made money by posting for them.

There is no need to judge anyone in advance, but the OP has joined the forum for one reason only.

If people start coming here through another forum's issue, it's obvious they should know where to stay.

@Lucius: I reckon OP might have searched for the issue and Bitcointalk topped the results list.

With them banning hundreds (thousands?!) of persons - okay, hard to call them "persons" since pure shitposters, lol - I guess even cryptotalk may not be an option to spam for money anymore...  :D

I'll tell you why, there are thousands of accounts created every day. 80% of those accounts are most likely spammers looking to make some income from posting zero-value posts, accounts controlled by bots to post zero-value posts in the Alts Announcement section just to create fake volume (and hype), the other 20% can be a genuine newbies looking for information, help or just enjoying the forum.
From those 20% maybe 0.1% actually became a good valuable members, the reset loose interest very quickly, they get an answer of their question, or just never come back.

So the chance that a newbie fall under the 80% of the low value poster is very high, especially when they ask how can they make money here.

What we (the somehow established members) have experienced is that the chance of a newbie like you asking the same question, to actually become an asset for the community is close to 0.
That's why you see some bad attitude from the other members.

Sorry to say but that is the true, you can just ignore what other think about you and keep doing what you do and see how far you gonna go.

Just read the forum rules to be sure that you have come chance to stay here longer.

There are very little bounties or campaigns accept Copper member with same payrates as of Member rank. The most advantage user can have from the Copper membership is a right to post and display images. They can wear signature as same as member rank but it does not make sense if they only buy that membership to be qualified for campaigns or bounties (not too many nowadays).

That is true, most of the (good) campaigns required received merit, but again they have a higher chance to get into campaign than to try to shitpost their way up to Member rank ,which most likely never happen, they just get banned at the end or turn into social media spammers.
Achieving that 1 merit from 0 to 1 is almost impossible for a huge part of the new accounts, then they face the next 9 merit milestone.. It is quite a big filter for sure.

Hello, I need some help here , i think the forum made by old html, i don't know why there is no new styles it's blue - white only, lol.
The forum was created by satoshi himself and there was very few minor and important improvements after 2010. This is one of the superior and oldest crypto currency forums still active in the internet. This was the place which saw satoshi and Hal posting, was involved in the famous DPR case, had the reporting of overflow bitcoin incident, Announcement of Ethereum by Vitalik, Announcement of Monero and Litecoin and more importantly the only place on the internet where you can send a private message to Satoshi.  8) This is probably the reason bitcointalk is always considered far more superior and does look antique while comparing to other so called crypto forums.

Keeping the historic aspects aside, there is a new forum software being developed and tested which might go live at some point of time in future. Forums like cryptotalk wouldn't allow you to gain your knowledge in bitcoin and the technology behind them, so why sticking onto a forum like that which wouldn't allow you to gain the knowledge and talk shit?

For my knowledge in crypto! Don't ask me! Very good
Criticising a forum created by Satoshi based on it's looks does show how supportive and inclined you are towards the yobit forum. Roam around here, hunt down historic topics, learn something and then do a comparison between the yobit forum and bitcointalk!

I am sure the bitcointalk.org discussion forum is the best at the moment and I fully agree with your view of this forum. This forum is dedicated to the bitcoin community throughout the world and I am sure cryptotalk is not like bitcointalk.org. The bitcointalk.org forum has been regarded as a repository of knowledge or libraries about bitcoin by most lovers of bitcoin and other cryptocurrency throughout the world, so if someone criticizes without wanting to admit that bitcointalk.org is the best then I think ignoring it is a natural thing.

OP, if your criticism is related to the appearance or color of the bitcointalk.org forum then you can also try a number of solutions as shared by several users at the link below without having to compare with other discussion forums including cryptotalk.

members are welcomed as long they are here to contribute/help or engage in a constructive discussion with other members. the reason why you and other newbies are getting such a harsh welcome is that your only intention is to join a signature campaign. these types of newbies are highly frowned upon in the forum since a lot of them brakes the rules. they either spam, plagiarized, scams etc.. which brings a lot of bad image in the forum and create a lot of extra work for the moderators.

Look, even if the Yobit campaign was still going on you will still need to accumulate 250 merits to reach the rank of senior member, which was the minimum rank to qualify for it, and to get there, you need to make months (years?) of hard contributions to the forum, writing guides and generally just being a helpful user all around.

The merit system was put in place to enforce the integrity of user ranks.

Besides, even if there was no merit system, you also need 240 Activity to reach that rank: Something which requires being active here for 240 days. Well actually it's a little more complicated than that but this is the simplest I could make.

Now I should make a guide on how to properly obtain bitcoins by selling stuff to divert threads like these in a future, sometime soon. It is very possible to write books and draw digital paintings and sell them using free and open-source e-commerce software. Learn, don't be lazy. Money doesn't have wings to fly at your door. Besides, sig campaigns only net you a few hundred bucks per year anyway.

If you are looking to join cryptotalk campaign here, you are actually late and you don even meet up with the requirements which is having a Snr Member rank above and not spamming. You post and replies under this thread shows that you are nothing different than other spammers looking to earn quick money from this forum without any contributions.
