Just after I deposited it my game URL changed to another one (new account) and it told me I had a duplicate window/game or something...

I didn't get to save anything because I didn't realize it but I was using Incognito with Chrome and so nothing was save... but upon emailing them about it and giving them the address I deposited into, they claim its not theirs!!!

Back in the day "Tom" would have never done anything like this, but now his staff is getting greedy!! This cannot happen!!

Some has to identify if the deposit address belongs to BitcoinVideoCasino and the sender is you. Will be good if you add a sign message from the address which you used to send BTC. You have added no proof.
Community can do nothing other than tagging the Casino account here to alert other people but that also depends on the proof of your claim.

It sounds like you have no proof, unfortunately... I would suggest wiping your system and re-installing from scratch. Malware can do whatever it wants once it's there, and it sounds like you may be a victim. Sorry for your loss, you must be really careful with windows and bitcoin... ::)

I really don't even think OP's fund was sent to the accused platform, according to the transaction id, the transaction was between two legacy addresses, from 1An5so6vZeqWBDxibRSFPpu5KzUBLRWA6x to 14mUZ6YiCBEKW6UAeBcSC6qiSnp2unJ1Pg the later being an address that has been used for over 80,000 transactions already and only transacted with legacy addresses. I checked also the BitcoinVideoCasino.com, just like every other modern BTC gambling platforms they accept their deposits only in Segwit Compatible addresses, starting with 3....

No proof = no scam. OP is probably hired by someone to talk trash about said gambling site.

This. And together with what Harkorede wrote, it looks highly likely that OP had some malware on his system which scans the screen for BTC addresses and replaces them with addresses the frauds control.

Can't stress this enough.

@OP there is nothing anyone can do to help you get back your money. You maybe should file a police report, but I doubt this will help a lot. But should the malware creators one day get caught AND they still have money, chances are you might get something back. But that's a lot of ifs.
