It's alway good to see some country to open up and embrace digital currency. I like the news where Hawaii's initiative to look for project specifically legit and has a good reputation to tie up with their consumers and community to apply digital currency on their product and services.

They are indeed looking on the bright side knowing they are a branch of US country which we all knew strict on cryptocurrency implementation but here are they opening up. They are calling this initiative Digital Currency Innovation Labs (http://www.htdc.org/programs/#dcil-section)

Companies who are selected will be carefully reviewed to ensure that Hawaii’s consumers are protected, with participating companies demonstrating that they have the essential capital, financial and technical expertise to conduct business in the State.

Companies would be indeed submit for this, and I think one should be apply here is ethereum as known for their smart contract advantages which can be used easily and integrated within. In addition to what State of Hawaii requires all necessary traits. I can vouch for bitcoin but who is the team will do it for them. Well do hope they pick only those major projects that can sustain the direct needs of their State.

Note:
I'll delete nonsense post that dont add knowledge to the topic.
