Majority of casinos are now closed but anyone here succeeded in inviting a  friend to play online gambling now that casinos are close
indefinitely, I'm sure a lot of gambling casinos are open to playing in online casinos at this current situation.

I believe that in the next few weeks many people and companies are going to have to adapt.

Gamblers will play on online casinos, physical casinos will have to open online casinos, companies will have to adapt their work to home office and so on.

Probably we will see many new online versions of real life casinos showing up.

Talk to one of my gambling buddies here, but from the looks of it, I don't think that he is not that interested as of the moment though. Perhaps I needed some persuasions, he said that he doesn't have  a desktop, I said that a mobile phone is ok. All he has to do is to buy some bitcoins and he is ok to go. This sickens me but many hardcore gamblers are now betting on horse races. They seem to be the only “sport” currently going.  On a side note please don’t support this bullshit. I invite strangers to play in casinos by participating in a sig campaign.

If that doesn't count I don't really invite people to casinos. When there's a promo or you can get some deposit bonuses or money to play, I tell my friends about it but that's it. People who play in casinos will naturally go online, especially now when you can be quaranteened and have a lot of free time. We don't really have to invite people there for them to come at their own will.

Sooner or later, the casino will transform and create its first online gambling site, and they will invite their members to come to that site to try it. They will use the technology to build the gambling site because they want to back to make money by making the sites. So far, I don't invite my friends who gamble in the casino because I don't know who they are which playing gambling in the casino. Yeah, in my experience I successfully invite my friend to use an online gambling instead of land base casinos as most of them are close due to lock-down that is happening in our country right now. I have told him that there are many online casinos right now but what I gave to him is the website that I currently use in order to avoid any problem in the future like cashing out problems.

Well, we have been playing online for quite some time now so no need. Hell, with no money at times, we just play together and make some dares and the like to make it more fun tbh. On another note though, this could be a good time for players to transition to online gambling and the like. I haven't even tried inviting a friend to play in online casinos at this moment. Well, in the first place I don't have friends who are full time land-based casino gamblers. I know of a few who play at casinos occasionally but there is no one I think who badly needs an alternative to it at this time of lockdown. Also, I think such invitation does not sound nice unless asked for given the economic circumstances at the moment. They better be spending their quality time with their families.

To be honest, it is the opposite.

It is not that I am not gambling online or taking any online bets but it is just that my friend invited me to do some online bets and we did. I also suggested some esports bettings to him but he said he is not interested in that. He also tipped me so, yeah, it is great.

Not particularly crypto betting but at the least, I convinced my colleague to try and get some bets going in an online casino. No, I didn't invite anyone recently to play online casino. To be honest I don't know someone who are playing real casino where I am living now in abroad. But I believe my country's casino not yet closed those are illegal. Because government don't know about them. If only gamblers leave playing voluntarily then likely would closed. So really it's quite difficult to closed. But some of area in my country lockdown so that are should forced to closed casino even that's illegal. I know someone who likes to gamble so much that he was frustrated when the country had this lockdown. Now he is complaining that he can't gamble the way he wants it because he likes the actual thing in front of him. I don't invited my friend to play online gambling because even me, I do not usually play online gambling or even real life gambling, I only played once a week, something like that, because I know that there is no good things that this gambling can give to me, yes it can give me money and happiness sometimes, but I think for me that is not enough reason to stay on gambling.

not many people will switch to online gambling if they are already a live player on local casinos no matter what happens whether if there was a virus threat or not    .  i have a friend who plays local gambling and he also play gambling on his phone but never suggested him to try crypto gambling  because i know that he will not get intersted to it

I haven't tried to invite my friend on online gambling because we are not really used in any gambling websites or real life casino, I know that gambling can make people happy and make money but for me I can have both of that in other aspects of my life, I can be more happy spending my time on my family and friends, I can earn more money without a doubt when doing my work. I will not waste my time gambling because that is not really a sure win situation.

Well, I was able to influence my older brother to play Online Casino. Since physical casinos are all forced to close. My brother does not have a choice but to stay at home. I have convinced one of my neighbor as well. He was addicted to play on physical casinos but since the outbreak, all casinos here are also on a lockdown period. So we exchange, his fiat and my btc help him set it up and everything.

Now he is comfortable playing at home, online, his only complain is that he still wanted the environment of a physical casino. I just said he will get used to it in time. He lost like .01-0.02 BTC, but I don't think he will stop anytime soon.

I tried to let them know that gambling is not a money making strategy because I already experienced a lot of losses. I warned them that instead of playing gambling, they should just invest it to a coin and let their prediction will be the key for growth. Not yet, of all the people that I know that gamble all of them prefer the whole experience of playing in a physical casino, you must remember that in a casino you not only gamble, there is a restaurant where you can eat, some shows you can see and in the bigger ones you can even stay there as in any other hotel, and obviously that is impossible to replicate in an online casino so I have been unable to convince any of those people to try online gambling.

You talk about vice versa of what OP is describing? I guess the exact opposite of current situation may not happen as we do have multiple online gambling houses are available. Even if there will be a problem in internet connectivity across continents, I guess most gambling houses are keeping servers on clouds which rarely go offline within a continent access.

Other than internet problems, I cannot imagine about a situation where online gambling houses go inaccessible but physical casinos are open. Right, you can't be blamed if a certain person got addicted to playing. Giving precautions to your friend when inviting can help him think about what he might be after playing gambling online.
Every one of us has our own decision and giving precautions can make your friend more cautious about what he is doing. Inviting is not bad though as long as you know that the certain person can control himself on a bad situation.

It is not so easy for a company to open its own online casino.

This is my main concern it's hard to convince a friend to play online gambling because he prefers to do it in actual or in a physical place. No, I don't invite them to follow me because I don't want to risk their lives with the addicting that can happen to them. I don't know how good they handle themselves in gambling, so that makes me keep silent, and not telling anything about online gambling or crypto gambling. I let them know by themselves because that means they will need to have responsibilities for their money, and they need to think about the addicting side that will come to them. I have friends who often go to casinos on normal days but since there are restrictions as of the moment, they engaged into online gambling to kill time since their works are still suspended due to the threat of the virus. OP might be referring to people you know, who are into casino gambling, not only to people around you including those who do not gamble. But that is true, gambling could kill time especially at this moment wherein people are restricted to go outside, and are advised to just stay at home.
Indeed true, I think existing online gambling sites before the emergence of the virus, are those who are funtioning at this moment. It would be hard for physical casinos to just engage in online gambling instantly. There would be processes the same with how other online gambling sites were introduced to people.

I have no experience with this but I'm sure many gambling addicts will find a way to continue their gambling life and this is online casinos. But it also depends on the person because some gambling addicts are not very familiar with online casinos and others are not familiar at using computers or mobile phones.

I do not do this (invite friends to play online gambling).. I never help/urge anyone to get into gambling because I believe it is just a danger to their health and wealth but I do gamble online all the times. I love gambling because I am able to spend some money from my regular job regardless of how frequently I am facing losses all the times but the same time I do not want my friends to suffer like myself. Yes! I just convince my friend to play with me at online casino. So here's the story, I am playing at the cloudbet, I played live casino hold'em and win by getting four of a kind there and show it to my friend. So today we always play their to kill time, we have a schedule everyday to play at cloudbet and it seems fine, we are just low bettor so it's just for fun.

Yep, I am with you. Although I'm playing online gambling, I don't expect that my family members play online gambling like me. But for my friends, sometimes I share experience in gambling with them. Especially, for close friends who play gambling regularly.

Don't you try to find out free gambling sites? I think it is also nice if there is free online gambling that we can spend time there during the quarantine. Or try to do sports activities that we can do at home. Maybe some simple fun sports.  ;)

We don't have to invite our friends to play online gambling because if they are often to go to the casino, and due to this crisis, the casino closed, they will find the other source to find the gambling places. And they will try to search for the gambling website by themselves, so they can continue playing gambling. But to be honest, I don't want to do that thing because I don't want to see my friends become addicted to gambling. If they can found by themselves, that will not be related to me, but in the end, I should help them to solve their problem in addicting.

I dont think you should suggest gambling to a friend to kill time. People have the habit of judging everyone and so your friend might take you as a lower standard than you because you gamble - this might seem cruel but it is the truth with many people.
