I am offering next skills: PHP7 Javascript (Angular) HTML5 SQL Graphics (Photoshop etc.) I can build small and medium sized bitcoin startups from scratch fast&secure. I am from Europe but my rate is just 10-15$/hour. I have a bachelor degree in web development and 3+ years experience. Cant show any works now since I am working as fulltime web coder at big company. But I don’t require any prepayment only escrow. Something caught my attention in your thread announcement... Is there a "Bachelor degree" in Web development? Never heard of it. I think the related degree program/certs to web dev is Computer Science. Btw, I understand how NDAs (Non disclosure agreements) work but do you've a personal project on github that potential clients can see? I think that should go a long way to boost the success of your service here on the forum.

I am working fulltime at company as web developer from first day so I dont have any public jobs posted. I can share a few scripts I’ve done for potential clients.
