You only have to give an email address, as that is the login name.  No KYC is required and the minimum withdrawal is €10 equivalent in cryptocurrency.  Withdrawals usually take less than 48 hours.  The higher window of time is for a major jackpot win.  It allows for the payout to be setup, as all major jackpots are insured to their full value.  The text on the site has now been amended to clarify.

In the event that you were to win the Powerball when it was at $320M, you would be paid the capped amount of $50M.  If you had bought the same ticket from both sites, you would get the same amount, as it would be shared.

Our jackpots are insured by Emirat, and they will be paid.  The "insolvency" clause is there for normal operation.  Any company can become insolvent, as you know, so this clause has to be put in just like any other responsible company.  This does not affect the insured jackpot wins.

It seems very suspicious that a website that claims to be 'cryptocurrency-only' mentions 'bank account' in the Terms and conditions... I couldn't find this 'bank account' thing in their Terms and Conditions, though, so I guess they've changed that. The similarity is remarkable, and they do have the sentence in 9.3 that you quoted because this place has different KYC policies! Oh, and if you go to other webpages on both websites, you'll see other similarities that cannot be a coincidence.

As I mentioned previously, we operate a number of websites, which have standard forms of payment, like credit card and bank transfers etc.  365 Lotto is one of ours, and the T & C's are obviously similar, but we had to change them for cryptocurrency.  The mention of the bank account was simply something we missed, and we've fixed that now.

Yes, it sounds like this person bought a syndicate.  They buy a share of 300 shares and split the winnings.  It means that people can have hundreds of lines for the price of 1 or 2 lines, but they split it with the others in the syndicate.  If he had 1 share out of 300 and the prize was 15.53, the person would win about 5 cents as it's a syndicate.  If the person had bought a normal single ticket for that line, they'd have won the full 15.53.  There's nothing shady about it.  Maybe he doesn't know exactly how it works.  A syndicate is a group sharing hundreds of lines - a single line purchase means they get the whole win to themselves.

In basic terms, we pay the insurance company a significant premium and send them the ticket numbers.  If the winning ticket comes up, they send us the money to pay out to the winner.  This is why is takes a little more time to get a jackpot out to a player than a standard withdrawal.  We don't provide any personal data to the insurer, and so we can pay it out to an anonymous player.  Hopefully that explains it.

I don't quite follow your question.  We have the lottos from various countries around the world.  Generally, to buy a ticket for a lottery you would have to be in that country.  However, with our lotto betting site, you can enter any of the lottos or syndicates we have listed.  You win the same prize as whatever that lotto has, up to €50Million.  So if you get 3 numbers right on the Powerball, and the prize in the USA is $10, that's what you would win.

Maybe I am getting Dejavu, it looks like this thread was created in 2020, however I think about a year ago there was a crypto gambling site EXACTLY based on this idea.

Checked with the site, and there is more active lotteries with most ending within few days time.
The crypto market related businesses require more and more promotion, because very few are

I cant find specific information on the website related to KYC. For huge win, there is a max win limit in this site, it is capped at 50 million EURO. It's been a year since my last visit here so I tried to visit the site if still active, on my first attempt the site shows up that it doesn't support any more secure connection so I thought it was already completely neglected but when I refresh everything is fine, so is that possible to happen huh.

Anyway, after the trial of initiating the different campaigns and giving bonuses to forum users, it wasn't effective after all. We can't see on their platform if there are still active or recent users who are playing or purchasing lottery tickets, either on their casino as they don't have the page or a kind of history players bet. They didn't make any developments and maybe just left it as it is.

Trust would be the main issue and there are no clarification on how funds would be held or handled and as long the community can't able to see about their finance capabilities then expect yhay that they won't really be getting something in terms of attention on gambling field and also this do involves million of dollars and they have said that they couldn't submit any personal details of winners and they would be standing in behalf of the winner? That sounds or looks too risky I would say because there's no assurance that winners could get their prizes fully.

I agree with your observation, this is online we are dealing with developers, who should be transparent on what they are giving out, they claim they are giving millions, it should be verified by an independent body, not testimonials coming from random people, I don't see in the homepage that they are verified, licensed and regulated or even popular media coverage.

People should do their research we are not talking of hundreds of dollars here, they are claiming to give out millions here but no transparency on their part, you have to check the legitimacy of what they are offering before being tempted to deposit and bet.

Having an inactive forum account does not simply means that they aren't getting enough players and if they do then why their site is still up until today? Lightlord of bitvest isn't also active but his gambling site seems to run just fine and there are now no complaints seen on their ann thread.

With all these questions being raised against the platform, they probably already dipped out and stopped operating as a legitimate platform.
